agréable séjour dans un très bel appartement parisien
Points positifs : L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux, conforme aux photos et très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié le café et le thé disponible à notre arrivée.
Points négatifs : Nous n'avons pas trouvé très pratique de n'avoir qu'un seul jeu de clefs et aucune possibilité d'utiliser l'interphone ce qui est compliqué quand nous sommes nombreux à utiliser l'appartement avec des horaires différentes. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas un kit de base dans la cuisine comme sel poivre huile vinaigre ...

Points positifs : Tout impeccable, de tous petits détails à régler et ça sera nickel
Points négatifs : Un seul toilettes pour ce très grand appartement, c’est le seul bémol et il y a une solution assez simple pour que cela s’arrange

L'appartement est absolument fabuleux et propre, et tres bien placé. je recommande
Points positifs : Bonjour, j'ai booké cet appartement pour ma famille américaine de 5 personnes. Ils étaient plus que ravis, tout y était : appartement luxueux au dernier etage, et décoré avec gout, tres propre, lumineux, une vue incroyable. ils reviendront !
Points négatifs : compliqué pour récupérer les clefs, ma famille adulte attendre une heure avant d'accéder au lieu. Pour booker 1 nuit supplémentaire cela est tres compliqué et beaucoup de temps perdu. Booking n'était pas tres réactif, alors que l'agence oui. merci

The perfect apartment to exoerience your own ‘Emily in Paris’moment!
Points positifs : Perfect location, large rooms, attentive hosts, balcony with Eiffel Tower view and the absolute charm of living in an older Parisian apartment.
Points négatifs : Because it is an older building there are some things that do not fit with modern conveniences. Having only one toilet for a group of 6 was the hardest for us. But that is exactly what I was looking for when I booked this apartment to celebrate my 50th birthday in Paris.

Amazing location and space
Points positifs : The apartment was absolutely stunning, the location was amazing, we loved the lounge and balcony. Glad there was a lift :-) The decor was outstanding we were blown away by the space. We absolutely loved it.
Points négatifs : Only one toilet, this was not made clear, not ideal for 4 people and the apartment can actually sleep 8 so could be an issue. Also only one set of keys that was a bit problematic at times. The heating was on 24 hours which was a bit stuffy would of been nice to be able to adjust where necessary.

Perfection!!
Points positifs : We had an amazing stay at the apartment, it was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday due to how much care and support we received from the whole team at Merveil! I cannot give the team a bigger recommendation, we were so well looked after, I will most definitely be booking an apartment with them again!

This apartment was such a great find it had all the facilities we needed to have a comfortable stay for 2 weeks
Points positifs : Location was great and very close to the metro station The view is beautiful with lots of light throughout the apartment. The building is quiet and apartment is sound proof if doors are closed.
Points négatifs : No air conditioning but that can be expected from Parisian apartments however every room had a stand alone fan.

Lovely apartment, spacious, close to Metro with a wonderful restaurant right below.
Points positifs : The apartment was lovely, well decorated, comfortable and spacious. I was surprised to see only 1 toilet for 4 rooms, but it was okay for us as we were two adults and 3 children. I don't remember seeing a coffee machine and we couldn't find a shop near by for milk and basic foodstuff so that may be something to consider getting before arriving. The rooms were spacious and the apartment had most everything you needed. The restaurant directly below the apartment served the best French onion soup I ever had, staff were wonderful and they opened early for pastries and coffee. If you were using the metro the location of the apartment was excellent for metro access. We were getting around by Uber and the Hop on Hop off Big Bus as we couldn't get enough of the beautiful sights of Paris.
Points négatifs : The restaurant where you had to collect the keys was a block away from the apartment, I left my children standing on the side of the road with our luggage. On arriving at the restaurant down the road, the code provided was not accepted and they would not give me the keys despite internationally calling the number provided. Absolutely perfect. Location was amazing, history of the apartment was unexpected but incredible.
Points positifs : The location was amazing. The history was almost unbelievable. The balcony was perfect.
Points négatifs : There was a bar directly beneath the property, which would have been more convenient
