153 - Urban Pretty Flat in Center of Paris

Points positifs : L’emplacement était super, c’était spacieux pour 5 personnes et les 2 télés permettent de se détendre chacun dans son coin. La pièce du bas est bien aérée. L’appartement est très bien équipée (bouilloire, machine à café, fer à repasser). Idéal pour un court séjour.

Points négatifs : La douche du bas est inutilisable car elle inonde l’appartement. La lumière de la douche du bas est trop faible. Les murs en bas s’effritent sur le lit. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de poubelles dans les douches et qu’on ne puisse pas ouvrir les fenêtres.

Très bon City trip à Paris a vingt minutes à pied de Paris centre et à 2 minutes de plusieurs lignes de métro.

Points positifs : The apartment is very nice and, above all, spacious. During our stay, we were very satisfied with everything. The bedrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were also spotless. A big plus is that there are many shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to go out for a good lunch or dinner. The location is excellent, as there are many attractions to visit nearby, as well as a large shopping center that initially seems small but is actually quite big.

Points négatifs : Negatives: We had a small issue with the water supply, which left us without water for a few hours. However, the problem was quickly resolved since it was a general issue in the building, and the owner responded promptly. A minor downside, in my opinion, is the deposit, which I found a bit too high. However, I understand that the owner needs to protect the property from potential damages. That being said, the deposit was quickly refunded after our stay.

Points négatifs : The rental unit is a commercial unit that was turned to apartment, the entry is direct from the street. There is only one windows (and you need to stand on a chair in order to open and close it). During the day the street is super quiet, but starting from 2200 there is extensive noise from the street, that is well heard even if window is closed, as little was invested in windows are poorly acoustic resistance

Points négatifs : La camera al piano di sotto puzza di muffa e rimane umida tutto il giorno, inoltre le scale sono abbastanza ripide.
