Points négatifs : Ras

Pratique pour venir en célibataire, mais surtout pas en amoureux

Points positifs : Endroit calme, au fond d'une cour intérieure, donc aucun bruit venant de la rue, ce qui est rare à Paris. Très bien situé, dans un quartier calme mais assez vivant avec des commerces pratiques. Pour ceux qui veulent sortir le soir, il y a le quartier de la Bastille accessible à pieds. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a même la machine à laver.

Points négatifs : Il n'y a pas de fenêtre, juste une porte vitrée donnant sur la cour, donc aucune vue et jamais un rayon de soleil. Cela ne m'a pas gêné car je rentrai tard le soir après une journée fatigante, mais pour quelqu'un qui compte passer des heures dans cet endroit, ça fait un peu \

Séjour agréable et calme

Points positifs : Le logement est calme et bien situé (proximité des magasins et des transports en commun).

Points négatifs : Odeur d'égouts provenant de la salle d'eau et le logement n'ayant pas de fenêtre (uniquement une porte d'entrée vitrée) il est impossible d'aérer sauf en ouvrant la porte d'entrée.

Points positifs : Very nice studio. Amazing location, very central and easy access to go anywhere and explore Paris. The apartment was very clean, it’s the ground floor so no need to use stairs or elevator. It’s in the inner part of the building, so there’s no noise from the streets and one can sleep peacefully anytime.

Points négatifs : Only the sofa bed that is a bit hard to convert to a double bed for someone who’s not so used to it.

The thing I loved was the location inside the patio as it was super quiet in a big city.

Points positifs : Location was fantastic as it was very central and easy to walk everywhere and 3 minutes from the Metro station

As advertised and reviewed, a convenient place to stay in the heart of Paris.

Points positifs : The location and accessibility of the property was very convenient, there are several restaurants, grocery stores, and metro stations nearby and the area felt very safe at all hours. The room size was convenient for two people and all the facilities worked great.

Points négatifs : The furniture was cheap and falling apart in some places, specifically the bed felt thin and fragile. There also arent any windows beside the door, which was listed and expected.

Great place for a couple in a short stay!

Points positifs : Very clean and comfortable. I has enough closet space, complete kitchenette. Bed was comfortable for two people to sleep. Nice location. Very close to the metro stations and to the bakeries.

Points négatifs : One of the chairs was damaged during our stay, but they were in the process of getting new ones. Shower cabin didn’t have the door so every-time you take a shower there is the water on the floor.
