Points positifs : Travelled to Paris for the marathon. The property itself is in a nice neighbourhood with great connections to the rest of Paris. Limited walking needed and always accessible.

Great base to explore Paris

Points positifs : Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this cute flat. Great location and perfect base for exploring Paris. We loved all the local bakeries, bars and restaurants plus the metro options on our doorstep. Good communication and easy instructions on how to access

Points négatifs : Renters need to know it’s four flights of stairs to get to the flat. Good way to burn off all those pastries but not for the feint hearted.

Good location and size, but a little tired.

Points positifs : Good size apartment and beds were reasonably comfy. Sofa bed was easy to put out and put away again each day. Check in and out were easy with an external coded door and a combination lock box inside the building for the aprtment key.

Points négatifs : Property was clean but a bit tired. Cable hanging down across dining room floor was trip hazard (had fallen from the ceiling being run from one side of room to the other). Shower was blocked resulting in bathroom flooding, but managed to unblock with a mop.

Spacious 3 double bedroom apartment in trendy part of Paris.

Points positifs : x3 double rooms with aircon and 1.5 bathrooms. Very spacious and good location!

Points négatifs : The flat is on the top floor (4th) and no lift so be aware if you have heavy bags to get up there. Not a reflection on the flat itself but we were given the wrong code to get into the apartment block which made for a nerve wracking 30 mins at 10pm whilst we tried to get it sorted. We did in the end and all was well.

Points positifs : Ruhige, zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Eikaufsmöglichkeiten und Metro. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten mit bequemen Betten.

Points négatifs : Gut zu wissen: die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und es hat keinen Lift. Zwei Türen hatten Dellen, ein Türgriff war verbogen und die beiden Nasszellen konnten nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Türen quitschten. Sauberkeit: mässig

Points négatifs : Cuarto piso sin ascensor. Tiene algunos detalles de mantención como tapado el desague de la ducha y lavamanos, no funciona pestillo de la puerta del baño
