South Pigalle - 2 bedrooms luxury flat

Great flat in an excellent location

Points positifs : Fantastic flat with lots of space in a great location, close to everything you could want in Paris. The flat has everything you need for a stay, with great kitchen and nice large living room. While the 2nd bedroom is quite small (we had two children in there) it was no issue since the rest of the flat was such a good size. Very easy to pick up keys and communicate with the host who gave us some great recommendations in the local area.

Points négatifs : It is quite noisy over night if you have the windows open, close the windows and it is fine - but in the summer heat that is hard to do. Overall there is nothing in the flat that is a problem.

Points positifs : Owners were great with great communication and superb advice on where to eat and go for food. The location was perfect, felt very safe and close to a metro.

Points négatifs : Not ideal for a family of four as only one real bed. Recommended for a couple or family of three.

Cozy apartment with Parisian vibe.

Points positifs : Apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all what we needed to cook a meal for our family. Special highlight was a good coffee machine and possibility to make a cappuccino in the morning. On the same street just few hundred meters away there was also very good boulangerie plus fruits and veggies shop around a corner. In addition, notable variety of restaurants for different taste and price. Previously we have stayed in different districts in Paris, but I would also opt for 10th district for our next visit as it was very close to tourist attractions but at the same time it was very vivid and full of locals. You could really feel local vibe especially on Friday evening when France played with Portugal in European Championships and on Sunday morning at the market one the streets near-by.

Points négatifs : I'll let you know next time if we are able to find something to complain about :)

Amazing appartment in the most vibrant part of Paris

Points positifs : Literally everything. Christelle and Clément are great hosts and gave me great addresses of restaurant, bakeries etc in the neighbored. Their apartment is amazing: very spacious, sunny and fully equipped (everything to cook!). The mattress of the master bedroom is amzingly comfortable. The location of the flat is perfect, in the heart of the 9th district, just close by many things: Montmartre, Pigalle, Opéra (Galleries Lafayette, Printemps etc.). 2 metro lines are just 2mn walking from the flat. There area LOT of very good restaurant, bars, bakeries, shops etc. just down the apartment. You can go there with your eyes closed!

A wonderful place in Paris most charming area

Points positifs : We had a delightful stay in this South Pigalle apartment. The proximity to Rue Martyr was a food lover's dream. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, giving loads of great advice on the best bakeries and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely, boasting a cosy atmosphere and all the amenities one could need. We appreciated the attention to detail, making it a perfect home base for exploring the vibrant neighbourhood and beyond. A wonderful experience overall!
