Superb apartment - 6P- Center of Paris

Points positifs : Very conveniently located at the Paris City Center, close to metro station just a few minute walk. The apartment is spacious and clean and well equipped. Appreciated the prompt reply from Booking Company/Apartment Representative too, which provided us all necessary assistance needed before and after checking in.

Nice experience in Paris

Points positifs : 6 of us stayed in mid-June. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room quite small. The apartment was very clean and had the essentials, including a washing machine. There is no air conditioning but there are a couple of fans, apart from one night we didn't suffer from the heat. The apartment is close to three different metro stations and therefore allows you to reach the points of interest in Paris comfortably. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There is also a pastry-bakery right next to the door where you can have breakfast. The procedure for collecting and handing over the keys can be difficult, but it is a question of following the instructions strictly and calmly, we have not had any problems. I wrote several messages to communicate arrival times and other things, to which I always received a reply (in English) within 20 minutes.

Points négatifs : One of the bathrooms has only a toilet and a shower, while the sink is at the entrance to the apartment, for us it was not a problem but it is a somewhat particular arrangement. With little effort it would be possible to really improve the comfort of the apartment, for example by adding hooks for towels and shelves in the bathrooms and in the shower (you have to put everything on the floor). The ironing board, the vacuum cleaner and the bucket could be put in a wardrobe in one of the room (they are quite big) in order to have space for a piece of furniture for shoes or other. Furthermore, adding a mirror above the sink in the entrance and in the bedrooms at face height would not be bad.

Points positifs : Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und viele kleine Läden gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Metro-Stationen in der Nähe.

Points positifs : הדירה מעוצבת יפה ומאוד מאובזרת. ניתן להכין ארוחת בוקר או ערב במטבח של הדירה והכל מאוד נוח. הדירה נקייה ונעימה, יש הרבה מגבות והמצעים נקיים. המיקום של הדירה מאוד נוח, מתחת לדירה יש מאפייה ויש גם סופר ומסעדות במרחק כמה מטרים. יש תמיד מים חמים וזרימה טובה של המים. בנוסף, יש מספר טלפון לשירות. הצוות במוקד מאוד אדיב ועוזר.
