Great location, spacious apartment , photos match property, needs a deep clean

Points positifs : The location is great, the apartment is also very spacious and cool despite the hot weather.

Points négatifs : It wasn’t so clean. The pillows need replacing, the kitchen ware needs a good scrub and also the floors could do with a good clean.

Points positifs : Nice big apartment, first floor overlooking the street but very quiet with courtyard windows in the bedroom. Properly furnished and decorated. Fully stocked with kitchen basics. Good media options, Sonos and projector TV. We were very happy with this as our base for a 4 day break in Paris.

Points négatifs : Literally no complaints.

Toller Aufenthalt, wie zuhause gefühlt - jederzeit wieder.

Points positifs : Hervorragend ausgestattet, perfekte Lage. Der Besitzer Hubert war extrem nett (10 Punkte) und hat quasi sein gesamtes Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt und obendrein ein Begrüßungsgeschenk vorbereitet gehabt. Die Infos zu Restaurants etc. waren auch super.

Points négatifs : Anfangs roch man etwas Rauch, im Laufe des Aufenthalts war das aber kein Problem und völlig okay.

Points positifs : A very beautiful and spacious apartment in the center of Paris – extremely convenient in terms of location. The apartment has everything you need, and the hosts were kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was also a great opportunity to experience the true spirit of living in Paris.

Points positifs : Recepção gentil e de fácil comunicacao. Tudo foi bem explicado, só achei estranho o pagamento de uma taxa em dinheiro por ser o check in no domingo. Apartamento funcional, com boa metragem e cômodos bem distribuidos, bastante arejado, com muita luminosidade e vista para a rua. Fotos fiéis à descrição. Cama confortável e roupas de cama e banho novas. Utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha adequados e, apesar de ter apenas 1 banheiro e duas camas (1 sofa-cama), acomodou bem uma família de quatro adultos. Prédio bem tranquilo, com jardim interno, em localização excelente, bem servido de restaurantes e cafés, supermercados e metro. Mesmo sendo no primeiro andar, o elevador foi ótimo para as malas. Check out super fácil. Já saimos querendo voltar...

Points négatifs : Os talheres de mesa são antigos e incompletos. O horário do checkout é rígido.

Points positifs : В апартаментах чисто, очень уютно, удобно, постельное белье и полотенца идеальны. Очень приветливые менеджеры и владелец, разрешили поздний отъезд, подарили вино при заселении. Рядом есть супермаркет, булочная, до поздней ночи открытые магазины с продуктами.

Points négatifs : Все было хорошо
