Points positifs : nice, spacious apartment with clean bathrooms and kitchen, also comfortable beds. the location was great with metro and bus stations in close proximity. also there's an amazing bakery nearby

Good location, clean, comfy but has drawbacks
Points positifs : Location was great, near to metro, restaurants and supermarket. Everything was clean and modern, comfy beds, nice decor and quality bedding etc. Nice little welcome touches from the host.
Points négatifs : It's an odd layout with the smaller room having no space to move around or anywhere to put your suitcase. The bathroom of the smaller room is also very small. A window in the living room didn't lock (Edgar offered to fix it). The stairs are not suitable for people with mobility issues and tricky with large suitcases!

Amazing location in an amazing city.
Points positifs : It was in a great location, was clean and tidy and just what we needed.
Points négatifs : A little on the small side but we’re a family of 5 so for 4 or less it would be ideal.

Points positifs : Great location. Nice big master bedroom and ensuite. Great communication with staff. Big comfortable bed.
Points négatifs : Spiral staircase into the apartment was tricky when arriving and leaving with heavy suitcases.

Perfect Paris stay
Points positifs : Me and my little girl (15months old) plus my mum, dad, sister all stayed at the apartment. Edgar and his team were amazing at organising a high chair and cot for my little girl and arranging an earlier check-in so we could drop off our bags while it was cleaned. The apartment was really clean and they left us a complimentary guide which was really useful as well as other cute gifts :) Having our own entrance was really helpful, we could leave the pram at the bottom of the stairs, it was also great having a kitchen and the extra space. We were also able to check out later which was so helpful as we could leave and go straight to the station, it was great how easy Edgar & his team were to contact and how flexible they were. It was such a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this apartment, the location is amazing, so close to Le Marais and lots of bakerys and restaurants! Thank you Edgar and your team for such a wonderful stay.
Points négatifs : The only thing was that the staircase is quite steep and there is no gate at the top of the stairs so we popped to a local shop and bought some cardboard to block the stairs, but this was only and issue for us because we had my 15month daughter with us! Everything else was perfect!

Great option to stay in Paris.
Points positifs : Good location, close to metro station, restaurants and bars. Clean and cozy appartment.
Points négatifs : Narrow stairs to get to the appartment with luggage. A little bit danerous for small kids. But not a big issue.

An excellent apartment in a great location with super hosts.
Points positifs : This flat was attractive, clean and generously stocked. Coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel and shampoo were all provided in abundance and much appreciated as was the courtesy box of chocolates. The flat was in an excellent and safe location and we were able to walk into the Marais, to the Seine and to the Palais Garnier with ease. Edgar and his team were a delight to deal with and we couldn't fault them. They were happy to meet us at the flat early on arrival and on departure they stored our luggage for us without any issue. Thank you!

Great apartment in a great location with great staff.
Points positifs : The location is excellent, with convenient access to the metro just a few minutes away. The staff were very kind and met us on arrival with the keys.
Points négatifs : One of the bedrooms is a little small, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyways!
