Points positifs : Notre hôte a été très présente tout au long de notre séjour et très à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Tasteful apartment in intriguing neighbourhood

Points positifs : Very tastefully furbished and decorated and inviting two-story apartment on 3rd and 4th floor of a non-touristy, however lively, shop-, restaurant- and bar-seamed street. Several live music locations in Very tastefully furnished and decorated inviting two-story apartment on the 3rd and 4th floor of a non-touristy but lively street lined with shops, restaurants and bars. Several live music venues within walking distance. A spectacular viewpoint of the Paris skyline is a 10 minute walk away. The owner, Odile, is super helpful and went out of her way to make our stay maximum comfortable.

Points négatifs : I wouldn't consider it sth bad, but the fact that the closest Metro stations are around 10 minutes away from the apartment is sth that you should plan in if you decide for this place.

Points positifs : The owner was excellent. She speaks excellent English! She let us drop our luggage before check in time. Also the information sheet she gave us was really good! The location is good, too. Easy access to Metro and Velib cycling points. We cycle everywhere in Paris! There are a lot of choice of restaurant/cafe/supermarket/bakery near by. This accommodation is spacious. My 4 teenager (18, 15, 13, 13) and I had a great time there.

Points positifs : Vrlo dobra lokacija, u blizini 2 linije metroa, ugodna vlasnica koja je nazvala telefonski i dala sve potrebne informacije. Ovaj stan je lijep i s puno šarma. Vrlo brzo smo se osjećali kao kod kuće. Ulica u kojoj se nalazi je vrlo živa vikendom. Trgovine i pekarnice su u blizini.

Magnifico soggiorno in famiglia

Points positifs : Alloggio molto spazioso e luminoso, piano alto, dotato di tutti i servizi, adatto alla nostra famiglia di 2 dulti e 3 bambini. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima: ci ha dato molti consigli utili ed è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre richieste e necessità.

Points négatifs : Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene su tutto, ma va detto che l'appartamento si trova al 4° piano senza ascensore.
