Points positifs : La localisation géniale pour visiter Paris et la vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Bel aménagement, propre et fonctionnel, Fonctionnel pour une famille (machine à laver, table à manger modulable)

Points négatifs : Le manque d’explication sur le fonctionnement des plaques de cuisson (on a jamais réussi à les faire fonctionner) Peut être rajouter un peu de matériel de vie (par ex, éponge, pelle, balayette, essuie-tout) car on a du tout acheter Le couchage dans le salon potentiellement à changer

Points positifs : L'emplacement, la décoration, la literie, le calme, la résidence, la vue, le balcon

Points négatifs : Il faisait vraiment trop chaud , dommage de ne pas pouvoir baisser la température. Je m'attendais à trouver au moins 2 capsules de café comme sur les photos, ça devait être un oubli. Et une paire de ciseaux dans la cuisine.

Points positifs : Appartement fonctionnel, propre parfait pour 2 couples et 1 enfant. L'emplacement parfait. Proche du métro. 5eme étage avec ascenseur. Il est très bien agencé. Il ne manque rien. Lieu sécurisé. Je recommande vraiment!!!! C'est un bel appartement pour Paris. Lit prêt, serviettes plus que prévu avec produit pour se laver. 2 ventilateurs à disposition. Nous avons passé un super séjour. J'ai contacté le numéro indiquer sur Booking.com pour une question J'ai eu une réponse immédiate. Honnêtement sans aucune hésitation!!!!

Points négatifs : RAS Je recommande! Un peu d'appréhension avec le principe de la clef dans la boîte à clef mais une fois le mail réceptionné tout se fait parfaitement.

Points positifs : Nice apartment, nice neighbourhood, good location, and a pleasant balcony.

Points négatifs : A €250 deposit was required (no information in Payment details part) and it was returned only after 36 days and several reminders. It’s good that the deposit was eventually refunded, but it would be much better if it were returned promptly after departure without needing repeated follow-ups.

Points positifs : Location was amazing right next to the metro stop with loads of ships and restaurants/cafe and sights of the Eiffel tower from the balcony

Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, with fresh bedding and towels — which is not always guaranteed in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, no noise, no homeless people — we felt very safe. Communication before check-in was excellent: they called, emailed, and messaged via Booking to make sure everything went smoothly. We were welcomed on time, and everything was well organized.

Points négatifs : Only note: it was a bit tight for 5 people, and the folding armchair wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping. The deposit hasn’t been returned yet at the time of writing, but we’re still within the expected timeframe, so I’m sure it will go smoothly. If not, I’ll update my review — but so far, everything has been excellent.

Points positifs : The location is wonderfully peaceful with many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. Also near to a metro nr.9. We were five adults and fit in very well, although I for the beds, I would only suggest this for four people. The apartment is not on the sunny side which is good during summer time. The bedroom has a propeller on the ceiling and there are three more propellers to get the air moving during the hot Parisian nights. The bedroom bed is good to sleep on. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The building is safe and quiet as is the whole area. Nice little play park nearby for kids.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed is okay but the bed for one is unusable without an additional mattress. Sofa bed and king bed both had double blankets instead of singular.

Nice apartment in a nice location especially for those attending OECD meetings.

Points positifs : Clear instructions beforehand, great location and cleaniness

Points négatifs : Time of the keys delivery as I informed well in advance and had to wait anyways. Too many instructions sent. Need to pay security deposit well in advance.
