Points positifs : Everything was great. The host was really helpful and responded immediately when we needed something. The view on Eiffel Tower is a few minutes by walk. The apartment was clean and everything was close like subway, shops, restaurants.

Points positifs : Th location is very good. It places close to metro and RER stations and had good access to many places in Paris.

Points négatifs : Bed was smelly. Maybe the sheets wasn’t washed well.

Points positifs : The location is excellent — very convenient and safe. The M9 metro and RER C stations are just a 2-minute walk away. There are several restaurants, pastry and bakery shops right under the building, and grocery and clothing stores are also nearby. The entrance is on the ground floor, and the apartment is located on the first floor. The area is quiet and pleasant, perfect for exploring the city. Rafael, the host, was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately.

Points négatifs : Since I visited in November, the apartment was quite cold when I first arrived. However, after turning on the radiators, it warmed up nicely within a few hours. The kitchen area took a bit longer to get warm, but it was fine during the day. The host was very kind and even provided a carpet to make the place more comfortable — thank you to Rafael for his help.

Perfect Location

Points positifs : The Suite has a wonderful Location with the Metro Station Just few meters away, one amazing Restaurant in Front and one Backery few meters. It was also quiet and clean. The bed ist confortable.à

Cosy affordable apartment in a convenient location

Points positifs : The property is in a good location - away from the busiest tourist areas but close to metro stops, restaurants, patisserie etc. Communications were great and details about the property on arrival were comprehensive. Well stocked kitchen area and washer/dryer available.

Points négatifs : The kitchen was really cold, as was toilet, being away from heated rooms. Because we used the sofa bed, it was a bit tricky to move around to access the kitchen/bathroom from the main bedroom.
