Lovely little apartment, great hosts!

Points positifs : Great location and price. Everything we needed, nice design for a smaller space. Hosts were amazing and very helpful!

Great company to stay with - but the location should be avoided.

Points positifs : First of all, the owners of this property were amazing. They both went above and beyond. The communication was incredible, and even silly questions (which I imagine they get often) were responded to quickly and also with the utmost professionalism – but also with a friendly welcome. The flat is small but incredibly thoughtful/well laid out, and we never had to look far for any amenities/scissors/utensils/extra towels needed. The bed is really comfy; even the pull-out sofa bed was easy to assemble/spare clean sheets were available, and the linens were great quality. The shower room was brilliant, and the overall property was incredibly clean.

Points négatifs : The only downside to this was the location itself was very dangerous, and a few times people tried to get entry into the building. I was also followed back to the apartment a few times, approached by men who were intoxicated/under the influence – therefore, I cannot recommend that a solo female traveller book in this apartment area – but I definitely recommend booking with this company in their other locations in Paris.

Points positifs : Thank you very much for your hospitality, the apartment was very cozy. Very clean and tidy apartment. All amenities are available. Also many thanks to the owners of the apartment for free tickets for a boat tour of Paris! The owners were always in touch and helped if anything was needed.
