Points positifs : L'appartement est assez grand et fonctionnel. Il est facile de rejoindre le centre rapidement en métro. Salle de bains tres pratique. L'appartement est bien équipé.
Points négatifs : L'appartement donne sur une cour et non sur la rue mais il y avait quand même un peu de bruit la nuit venant des appartements donnant sur cour. Pour les familles, il faut préciser que l'appartement est près de Montmartre, du côté de Barbès.

Points positifs : The apartment was nice and clean, exactly how it was shown on the photos . It was close to the metro station so the city centre was very reachable .
Points négatifs : The area is quite dodgy , we didn’t feel safe at night on the streets but at the same time we didn’t have any issues luckily . The apartment is on the 5th floor, no lift .

An enjoyable stay in Paris, would love to stay again.
Points positifs : Very good location, close to several Metro stops. Lovely courtyard view with opening windows. Quiet apartment. Lovely home away from home. No problem with the neighbourhood.

Points positifs : Estaba muy bien comunicado para visitar los puntos turísticos más importantes de Paris. Situado en uno de los barrios más bonitos de la ciudad. Camas cómodas. Todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días de turismo.
Points négatifs : La calle donde está situada puede sorprender en un primer momento pero es solo una primera impresión. No tiene ascensor y hay que subir a un quinto piso pero tampoco ha sido un inconveniente para nosotros.

Points positifs : Eine schöne Wohnung, perfekt für zwei, um einen längeren Urlaub in Paris zu genießen. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, hat ein Fenster, mit guter Beleuchtung. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Alle Fenster - Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer - gehen auf den Innenhof, so dass man nichts von der Straße mitbekommt. Die Wohnung liegt im 5.Stock, was wir als eine wichtige sportliche Betätigung ansahen, bei all den Leckereien aus den Boulangerien in der Umgebung. Direkt an der Metrolinie 4 gelegen. Tolle Anbindung an die Sehenswürdigkeiten! Nahe Gare de l'Est. Montmartre mit der wunderschönen Kirche ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im bunten afrikanischen Viertel, mit vielen Obst- und Gemüse Ständen und afrikanischen Streetfood und Restaurants. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Unsere sehr nette Gastgeberin beantwortete alle unsere Fragen und gab uns gute Tipps zu Boulangerie und Fromagerie in der Gegend.

Points négatifs : De ter que subir 5 andares para chegar no apto, a localização de cara da medo mas depois até acostuma e acaba tendo experiencias como um frances mesmo e da parte de retirada e entrega da chave do apartamento.

Points positifs : Muy confortable. Muy limpio, muy muy bien comunicado en metro con todos los puntos principales. El sofá cama muy cómodo. Tiene secador, cafetera, horno y lavavajillas. NO MICROHONDAS.
Points négatifs : Es un 5 sin ascensor. No es un problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta para subir maletas. NO LLEGAR AL CHECKING MAS TARDE DE LAS 00,00 DE LA NOCHE ( a los que lleguen de Disney tenerlo en cuenta) ya que el código de la entrada no funciona tras esa hora, luego ya entras con las llaves sin problema. ( Te quedas en la calle si llegas más tarde de las 00.00)
