Cozy spot right in the heart of Paris
Points positifs : The central location right next to the Louvre Museum is superb. The apartment is situated in quite a busy street, but as it's in the backyard of a large building, it was very quiet there and felt very safe. The room is really tiny, but very cozy. The bathroom and the shower is comfy and clean, the little kitchenette plus the fridge is handy, too. Also the host Victoire is responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay and experience that we can highly recommend. 🙂👍
Points négatifs : The only way to get the fresh air in the room is through the door, which we didn't dare to let open during the day, while away from there (eventhough there are the safety bars that lock, too... but still...) There's a small fan, but during the heatwave it didn't work that well. So we let the air in mainly during the night. A/C would definitely be a great improvement.

Points positifs : Very clean and the property manager was attentive, quick and responsive if I had a question. Solo traveler and I felt safe with the location and how to get into the property.
Points négatifs : Small flat but they made that clear in the photos and description. Great central location if you like staying in the 1st arr.

Points positifs : Die Lage des Appartments ist hervorragend. Ebenso die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat super gut funktioniert.
Points négatifs : Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr eng, wir haben aber nichts anders erwartet und für 2-3 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Leider hat das Zimmer kein Fenster, wodurch es ziemlich stickig werden kann. Die Eingangstüre ist nicht wirklich eine Türe, sondern eine Glastüre (man tritt vom Innenhof herein) und deshalb sehr hellhörig.

Rauhallinen ja siisti kämppä hyvällä sijainnilla
Points positifs : Erinomainen sijainti. Sisäpiha oli ihana ja yksityisen oloinen. Huone oli sievä, vaikkakin todella pieni ja sen sai pimennettyä hyvin yöksi.
Points négatifs : Suihkun viemäri oli aivan tukossa eikä vetänyt ollenkaan. Siivous pölyjen ja irtohiusten osalta oli puutteellinen. Todella kuuma (vain pieni tuuletin, ei ilmastointia). Ruokailuvälineitä oli vain 1kpl. Kallis majoitus myös. Kahvia ja teetä oli vain yhdeksi päiväksi vaikka olimme 3 yötä.

Superlocatie vlak bij Louvre , wel erg klein !
Points positifs : Ligging is perfect, hartje Parijs. Betaalbaar voor deze ligging . Gelegen aan mooie , rustige binnenplaats
Points négatifs : Ruimte was heel erg klein. Een opklapbed zou efficiënter geweest zijn. Geen ruimte om jassen op te hangen.

Top Lage mit sauberem, modern eingerichteten Zimmer.
Points positifs : Sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Top Lage, ruhig gelegen
Points négatifs : Bei der Abreise waren die Putzleute genau Punk 10 Uhr vor der Tür und die Putzfrau war sehr genervt, da wir noch 10-15 Min. brauchten um die Koffer rauszutragen und alles kurz durchzuchecken, ob wir nichts vergessen haben.

Points positifs : I felt like the property was very cozy and comfy. I liked that it was clean and felt very secure. I can appreciate that there was a step stool to get on the bed since it was kind high. Everything looked modern and pretty homey. Having two gates before getting to the property made me feel a sense of safety and security. The location was good too. Near the metro, closer to a lot of restaurants in the area and pretty accessible. I also like that I could easily communicate with the property and they were responsive. They were also very flexible. I didn’t have to worry feeling pressured to check in or out and the check in process was very convenient. Easy.
Points négatifs : I felt like even though the property was comfy and secure, it was a little small. Not enough room to put our bags. The bed was a little high up which kind of felt like a sport getting in.

Points négatifs : Sleutelcode werkte niet maar na mailen en bellen was het vrij snel opgelost.
