Points positifs : Propre. A 2 pas de l’arc de triomphe. Air clim. Tele. Douche ! Patisserie et cafes en bas de l’appart ! Wow
Points négatifs : Plus petit que je pensais. Mais a 5 personnes ca a ete !

Excellent location & value for money
Points positifs : Excellent location right next too the Champs Elysee but at it's facing a courtyard, no noise from the street (you could actually sleep with the window open in winter). Bigger than expected, clean, comfy beds. Plenty of food options outside within walking distance (ranging from Michelin rated to good Asian take away).
Points négatifs : Getting in is a bit of a hassle (everything online, no personal contact and 3 or 4 codes for different doors/lock every time you need to get in - make sure you're phone is charged ;))

Modern Clean Apartment conveniently located near public transport
Points positifs : Lovely clean property with everything we needed for our stay. The property is within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property is only a few minutes walk from the metro, bus stops and hop on/hop off buses making it very easy to get around the city.

Zeer prettig verblijf.
Points positifs : Ligging en het supportteam . Iedere vraag werd snel beantwoord en gaf de juiste oplossing. Fijne douches en voldoende handdoeken e.d.
Points négatifs : Techniek zoals lampen, flikkerend en kapot en airco, krakend, deden afbreuk aan het voor de rest luxe appartement. Wij waren met 4, met 6 is het echt te klein.

Points positifs : La ubicación fue excelente, cerca de lugares de interés para conocer la ciudad, el lugar estuvo impecable y las instalaciones eran modernas y cómodas, el acceso fue sencillo y nos compartieron lo necesario para no tener problemas con ello, la comunicación fue rápida y muy buena con los anfitriones ya que siempre estuvieron al pendiente durante nuestra estancia, sin duda regresaremos al hospedaje😊

Perfect location, excellent staffs, up to snuff. Definitely stay here again.
Points positifs : Perfect location, closed to Champs Elysees and metro station, walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. There are a few restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, without annoying noise at night. We feel safe walking late at night. The room has enough space for 5 people, felt a bit tight when opening the luggages. Comfy bed and blanket. The kitchen appliances work. We arrived early. They kindly provide luggage deposition at their office, which is about 1.5-2km away, safe and free of charge. The staffs are responsive, very nice and friendly. The air con doesn’t work. But it’s 5-15 degrees, so we don’t really need it anyway.
Points négatifs : The shower rooms are tiny. There is one toilet room. There is some visible dust (not enough to give me allergies).

A bright, modern apartment in a fantastic location, made even better by a responsive and caring host.
Points positifs : The owner was very accessible through WhatsApp and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance, even helping us with a personal matter during our stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with thoughtful touches like plenty of towels, complimentary toiletries, and access to Netflix. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées, surrounded by great restaurants, and very safe and secure. We also appreciated having an elevator and two showers, which made things convenient for our group.
Points négatifs : Access to the apartment was a little complicated at first but became easy once we got used to it. Although there were two showers, there was only one toilet, which made scheduling a bit tricky. We also chose the apartment for its kitchen but noticed a few utensils were missing, though it was still a great space overall.
