Points positifs : The property was ready and waiting and everything worked as needed.

Points négatifs : The key pickup is 12 mins walk from the property (as measured by Google) not the advertised 1 minute. The bed is quite small - this could be a problem for a tall couple, but we are 1 tall 1 short person so it was OK

Nice Parisienne terrace

Points positifs : The place is in a great location, clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator access. Close to the the metro stop Place Monge and with many restaurants and cafes close by. Commutation with the host is prompt and the self check in easy and smooth. The terrace is lovely. Having a washing machine is a bonus.

Points négatifs : The place is Parisienne so smaller than maybe perceived by photos which is usual for Paris. This means that accommodating large suitcases is a challenge but is doable.

Милая парижская студия в хорошем районе

Points positifs : Хорошее расположение, компактность не в ущерб комфорту, уют. Моя девушка не сразу полюбила квартиру, а мне она понравилась буквально с первого взгляда (особенно балкон). Многие решения считаю удачными, в такой студии смог бы жить не только в краткосрочной аренде. С точки зрения сервиса всё было на хорошем уровне, само жильё было чистым. В самом доме забавный лифт.

Points négatifs : Во-первых, вам стоит купить нормальный штопор (в наш приезд нас ожидал только сломанный механический, что очень огорчило). Во-вторых — неудачное расположение кровати у самой входной двери. Кто-то ночью пытался подобрать ключ к замку, наверное, постоялец из других апартаментов. В позднее время это рождает сразу ощущение тревоги и незащищённости. В-третьих — не очень понравилась конструкция душа, но это мелочи. Ну и ключ не прям в ближайшем магазине, показалось немного неудобным.

Einfach traumhaft.

Points positifs : Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Der große Balkon war toll. Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Auch der Check in und Check out haben Problem funktioniert.

Points négatifs : Es gibt nichts zu sagen, alles war perfekt.

Una bomboniera!

Points positifs : l'appartamento è nuovo e arredato con gusto e perfetta funzionalità, molto carino e accogliente; ha tutto ciò che serve e anche di più e la terrazza è veramente favolosa.. La posizione è vicinissima alla metropolitana di Place Monge e la zona è vivace e piena di locali e ristoranti la sera, essendo vicino all'università ci sono molti giovani ma la casa resta silenziosa e riservata.

Points négatifs : l'unico piccolissimo appunto che posso fare è il letto: duretto e poi abbiamo trovato le lenzuola parte sotto che, seppur lavate e profumate, avevano delle macchie apparentemente di sangue.
