Perfect week with the Family in Paris

Points positifs : The Host Christian waited for us in the appartment at the time agreed. He showed us arround and left Champagne and Beer in the fridge for welcome. As well we were allowed to store our luggage in the appartment on day of departure until late afternoon allowing us handsfree shopping on the last day before we flew back from CDG. The appartment is two bus stops from L'arc de Triomphe or a few minutes by foot and perfect located to explore the city with a 1week-navigo-pass via public transport. Due to central location traffic noise is to be expected the whole day and night, but was fine for us. The flat is 3rd floor with lift; inside spacy, cosy and somehow personal in many ways. We felt very welcomed and missed nothing, and supermarket and bakery is within some footsteps. Thank you Christian for your kind hospitation and all the best wishes from the Family :)

Lovely apartment in excellent location

Points positifs : An excellent central location in a very good part of town. Very close to the Arc de Triomphe, St. Augustin, the excellent shopping of Les Galleries Lafayette and Printemps department stores. A decent grocery store on the corner, a couple of Bakeries and cafe’s within metres. A lovely Haussmann style apartment with all mod cons and a lift. The host is super charming, available by phone at any time, greets guests on arrival to show how everything works and even has a few essentials in the kitchen including a bottle of champers.

Points positifs : Location, size, host! Grocery store right next door, lovely cafes all around and only 10 minutes by foot to Champs-Élysées. Our host Christian was so kind! We got lovely welcome gifts, the kitchen was ready with tea, fruit, juice, eggs, potatoes, etc. We would stay here again :-)

Apartamento grande e iluminado

Points positifs : Ótimo apartamento super completo, o proprietário, Christian, nos esperou na porta do prédio, nos mostrou como tudo funcionava, super gentil. Deixou leite, iogurtes, sucos, café e até um espumante de cortesia. Um mini mercado na esquina foi super útil.

Points négatifs : Ficamos numa semana super quente em Paris, com temperaturas acima do esperado, e o fato do apartamento não ter ar condicionado foi um grande problema na nossa viagem...Noites muito quentes, muito difícil para dormir.Acho que o apartamento, por esse motivo, pode ser melhor aproveitado no inverno ou em épocas mais frias. É importante e correto dizer que sabíamos que não havia ar condicionado quando reservamos pelo Booking, só não imaginávamos que faria tanta falta.
