Séjour très agréable dans un endroit spacieux plein de charme

Points positifs : L'appartement a beaucoup de charme. L'emplacement est bon. Par contre, dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de double vitrage ou inefficace, 2 chambres sont relativement bruyantes.

Points négatifs : Je regrette qu'il n'ait pas été précisé que le 3ème lit double ne mesurait que 120 cm. J'avais demandé s'il y avait bien possibilité de loger à 6 personnes. Heureusement, mon fils et sa compagne sont suffisamment amoureux pour que cela n'ait pas posé problème. L'état de propreté n'était pas impeccable. Les plinthes et radiateurs étaient poussiéreux, certains rideaux ainsi que le tapis de sol étaient souillés (chambre à coucher) .

Points positifs : The location was excellent in central Paris and within walking distance of many of the major landmarks. The property itself was stunning, spacious and well-appointed.The property owner, Jean-Pierre, was exceptionally well organized and the communication about key collection, wifi, facilities, nearby supermarkets etc was great.

Points positifs : We loved this apartment. A beautiful place to retreat to and relax.

Feeling like a true Parisian.

Points positifs : The location was wonderful for a first time visit to Paris to see all the main attractions. The large spacious apartment with a great balcony made our stay very comfortable. We fell in love with the city.

Grand Beautiful Apartment in Paris

Points positifs : You must stay here! This property was magnificent, a large x 3 double room, 2 x bathroom, sprawling, lovely apartment, with many extra amenities supplied, excellent location & very comfortable. The apartment was like Versailles- it had high ornate ceilings, working fireplaces and French doors overlooking Haussman Blvd. We could walk to most main attractions & had access to a number of Metros close by. There was a supermarket and numerous cafes & resturants nearby. The communication & instructions with our host was clear and he was responsive & readily available for any questions. We would not hesitate to rebook when we return to Paris again.

Our stay was wonderful - the perfect location and space for our group in Paris!

Points positifs : Beatrix was so lovely and met us earlier than originally arranged. My sister's French is very good (mine, not so much!) so we were able to understand all the needed information regarding the apartment, the building, etc. The apartment is large and lovely, with amazing high ceilings, generous sized rooms and large French doors that open to an outside terrace - it is also in a wonderful location!

Points négatifs : メトロの駅からもう少し近いと動きやすかった。 オスマン通りに面しているので日中は少しうるさいかも知れませんが夜は静かだった
