Perfect location for family of four

Points positifs : Location was great, in a quiet residential area, not full of other tourists! Beds were comfortable, flat was clean and well equipped. Nice view of the tip of the Eiffel tower. Great wifi. We liked the rat stickers! Local butcher, greengrocers and bakery - don't go to the supermarket :-)

Points négatifs : Hard to find anything we didn't like. Minor thing: maybe one or two larger cooking knifes and a spatula would have been good. Or we just didn't find them...

Excellent accomodation in Paris

Points positifs : Exceptional location, close to Tour Eiffel, but still in a quiet area. Eating out is expensive in Paris, but the apartment is in a lively residential area with lots of small restaurants where locals eat so, you can imagine, food is better and cheaper. Lots of supermarkets and boulangeries in the area, so it's a very pleasant part to wake up early in the morning to get breakfast ready for your family. Metro stop is around the corner, 2 minutes walk. Few stops to the historical centre, one hour do Disney Land. The landlord is available to help and will not bother you with anything. Neighbors are quiet and delighted to see tourists. The bed is large, my wife, daughter and me slept well and did not need to use the sofa in the living room.

Points positifs : Everything was great I can’t fault anything about the property the host was kind and accommodating hand recommendations where to go the communication was great and so easy to collect the keys (from a nice fruit store pictured) the view was lovely all the facilities were easy to use and both the bed and sofa bed was comfortable just what you need for a few days in Paris everything was provided such as fresh new towels etc I loved the property . I like to look at the shops so if I stayed again I would stay a little closer to the main centre however it was super easy to transport from the property - thank you

Points positifs : Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, die Metro erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten, und in der Umgebung findet man Restaurants und alles an Geschäften, was man braucht. Das Appartment ist geräumig und sehr ruhig - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und würden es wieder buchen!
