Pour l’emplacement le confort

Points positifs : L’appartement est confortable et tranquille (nous étions au 4ième étage). L’emplacement est idéal, nous avons tout fait à pieds (et le bateau bus!). Il y a plusieurs restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants et l’endroit était sécuritaire.

Points négatifs : C’est un détail, mais je tiens quand même à le dire, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Nous étions en famille et après une journée de marche, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir écouter un film. Aussi, je crois qu’il y avait un problème de fusible parce que le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas.

Séjour agréable dans un quartier animé et central.

Points positifs : Nous avons apprécié : -le calme de l'appartement qui est situé dans un quartier animé mais dans une rue peu passante. -l'ascenseur car l'appartement est situé au cinquième étage.

Points négatifs : Difficulté à obtenir les informations pour accéder à l'appartement. Il est prévu d'avoir les informations la semaine qui précède l'arrivée, nous les avons obtenu 2 mn avant l'heure d'arrivée prévue. Le couchage pour la 3éme personne est un peu succint (canapé classique).

Comfortable, fully equipped and great location.

Points positifs : Lovely, fully equipped apartment in a character building (Hausmann style) situated in a central location. Felt very secure and immediate surrounding area seems safe. A side street off Rue Montorgueil means lots of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, grocers, butchers etc all a stone's throw away. Stayed in winter and heaters kept it warm enough. A/c units installed in both rooms for summer. Would recommend.

Points négatifs : Slight mishap with initial key pickup, but resolved quickly. The area obviously has an underground train close, so there are some rumblings of that noticeable (I think may be RER line A) if that bothers you, but fairly unobtrusive. Otherwise hard to fault.

Points négatifs : El Baño , sobra la ventana que da al cuarto , sin agua caliente en el lavabo y grifo mal instalado.
