Points positifs : appartement très bien situé, à proximité du métro, des commerces, des restaurants, nous avons reçu de très bonnes instructions d'arivve et de départ. La prochaine fois, nous prévoyons de rester dans le même appartement.

Perfect place to stay in Paris

Points positifs : So convenient for getting around with the Metro just outside. Even so it was lovely and quiet and very warm to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable with good quality sheets. Also lovely to have big bath towels!

Points négatifs : Not the owners fault but we think a few essential kitchen utensils were missing. We did have a couple of problems but the communication to get these resolved was excellent

Points positifs : The location was great with a train station just across the road making mobility very easy.

Points positifs : Location was outstanding and the service was fantastic. Great for families and was best for a family to have a homely feeling. Close to great facilities and great cafes and of course the Eiffel tower.

Stylish appartment near the Eiffel Tower

Points positifs : The apartment is stylishly equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are all basic utensils in the kitchen, the instructions to check in and the location were perfect. We enjoyed walking to the Eiffel Tower from all sides and dining in the restaurants on neighbouring streets. We had an issue regarding the bedding, but it was immediately solved by the host.

Points négatifs : There was no hot water in the kitchen, coffee mugs had breaks, the floor was not very clean and windows frames inside were not clean.

Warm and cosy apartment. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

Points positifs : Great location. Close to the Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : Cleanliness can be better. A bit of dust. Pillow cases a bit dirty, too. Electric kettle can also be replaced.
