Points négatifs : Il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons apprécié...un peu plus de vaisselle, un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle seraient les bienvenus

Points positifs : Situation géographique, appartement spacieux dans un environnement calme. La réactivité du loueur a été également exceptionnel.
Points négatifs : Rien, mais appartement au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur qui est bon à signaler pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité

Points positifs : Très joli appartement bien situé pour notre part. La personne avec qui j'ai échangé était très réactive et au soin. Appart très propre et assez bien équipé.
Points négatifs : Nous avions demandé d'arriver un peu plus tôt (les arrivées commencent normalement à 16h) et on nous a demandé 30€ de plus pour un check-in plus tôt alors que l'arrivée est autonome (code et boîte à clé). Nous sommes donc arrivés à 16h. Je ne connaissais pas cette pratique

Points négatifs : Salle de bain à rafraîchir mais cela est accessoire pour un court séjour .

Nice, quiet apartment with big room.
Points positifs : The apartment is very quiet, because it faces on a courtyard. Also the main room is big.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is big, but needs some renovation around the bath/shower - there is worrying decay. Because it's an apartment without staff, you cannot come early to leave bags.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, offering convenient access to all forms of public transportation. The room appears clean and well-maintained. The basic kitchen is quite practical for preparing breakfast, featuring an induction hob and a small sink.
Points négatifs : There is a sofa and a double bed. From the pictures, I initially thought there was a single bed and a double bed.

Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung trotz kleinerer Mängel zu empfehlen.
Points positifs : Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof in der Nähe vom Place de Clichy. Sie ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet, so dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Für uns ungewohnt war, dass wir erst ca. 1 Stunde vor unserer Ankunft den Schlüsselcode und die Zugangsmodalität bekamen. Aber alles hat gut geklappt und per WhatsApp war der Vermieter immer schnell erreichbar. Von großem Vorteil sind die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs, die man mit kurzem Fußweg erreichen kann. Diverse Busse, die in das touristische Zentrum in Richtung Seine oder in Richtung Montmatre fahren (21 ,30, 54, 68, 74, 80 ,95) oder die Metro bieten eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, die Stadt zu erkunden.
Points négatifs : Das Wasser in der Badewanne lief kaum ab. Es soll aber nach unserer Abreise Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Leider hört man die Metro in Form von Vibrationen, wenn sie im Untergrund fährt. Aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauber sein können.

Points négatifs : Que no había elevador, tuvimos que cargar las maletas por las escaleras
