Grand appartement avec jardin privatif à Paris

Great Apartment but problems with keys and an uninvited guest!

Points positifs : We loved the apartment. It was huge (particularly by Paris standards!). It was great having three bedrooms AND three bathrooms. It was quirky and lovely and cool considering how hot the weather was. We loved the location and coudn't believe how quiet it was.

Points négatifs : We were told someone would meet us to hand over the keys but when we were on the way from the station someone rang and said they'd sent us instructions instead. These came through on my phone but weren't at all clear. It said the keys in the lockbox would open the green door. There were several doors but it was actually referring to a gate (which was not green) and one set of keys didn't fit. The instructions said to force it as it was very stiff so we didn't know whether we'd got the right door or whether we should force it (good job we didn't or we'd have broken the keys). We weren't able to get in and tried to ring the host (multiple times) but it just kept going to voice mail and they didn't reply for TWO HOURS! We rang Booking.com who said to give it another 45 minutes and they'd rehouse us but the host rang back right at the last minute and explained and we were then able to get in eventually. The apartment is the ground floor of a larger building which seems to be one house. From our apartment some stairs led up to a door to the upstairs which was locked. The stairs were covered by a curtain. On our second night we suddenly heard a voice from behind the curtain and a gentleman was standing there! He said he was part of the family, was staying upstairs for one night only to attend a wedding in the area and had heard voices and came down as he thought the daughter of the house must be there! It really unsettled us and we felt very vulnerable as there was nothing we could do to prevent him from accessing our apartment!

Points positifs : Wunderbar ruhig im schönen Hinterhof gelegen. Ideal für unsern Aufenthalt mit Hund. Kurzer Weg zur Metro.

Points négatifs : Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung.

Points positifs : Tolle Lage. Unkomplizierter check in und check out. Sehr ruhige Lage trotz belebtem Viertel. Privater Parkplatz. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Ich würde gern wiederkommen.

Points positifs : Das Appartement ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zu Pigalle sehr ruhig. Man kann wunderbar im Garten Frühstücken. Die Konversation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. 😊👍

Points négatifs : Nichts!

Idylle und Flair in Paris

Points positifs : Das allerschönste Appartement in Paris! Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Garten ein kleines, wunderschönes Wunder. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr! komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls großzügig- und irgendwie ganz besonders. Das Team der Conciergerie ist fantastisch- sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder- vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit!
