Séjour de 2 nuits dans un quartier vivant

Points positifs : L’emplacement , central , calme , bien agencé avec une surface bien exploitée La décoration , coquette , dans l’air du temps

Points négatifs : Un peu de stress pour accéder à la boîte à clés qui ne fonctionnait pas , mais l’hôtesse m’a dirigé sur une deuxième boîte La porte du placard de la poubelle , difficile à ouvrir , sans poignée , ni ressort

Super bien situe

Points positifs : Tres bien placé, metro pas loin, plein de supermarché autour. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la literie propre ainsi que l’appartement.

Points négatifs : La voisine au dessus qui organise une fete jusqu’à 6heure du matin, mais il suffit d’aller toquer a la porte pour que cela cesse un peu. C’était le seul bemol, sinon l’appartement au top

Points positifs : Quiet street a few steps away from bussy vibrant cafes and shops, 20min from Louvre, and close walk from many attractions. Room decorated very tastefully. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. The kitchen well equipped.

Points négatifs : I'm not a fan of the ground floor apartments

Cozy stay

Points positifs : Everything was as described and the room is exactly as in the pictures. All very clean and new. The location in the center of Paris is ideal to easily go everywhere. Even if the room is on the street side at the ground floor we felt safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. The host was clear and helpful.

Points négatifs : Since the room is at the ground floor on the street side we couldn't fully open the window. The mechanical ventilation in the bathroom and the big electric fan in the room were good replacement in providing good ventilation.

Overall: good place , would recommend and repeat!

Points positifs : Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and host with instant reply in case of need. Friendly and professional. Apartment located at basemet, silent neighbourhood and many cafes / shops around to buy your dairy if you want to cook. Kitchen / toilet Ammenities perfect! Maybe missed extra toilet / kitchen paper for a long stay.

Points négatifs : We made a 7 day stay , due to humidity, towels did not dry from one day to following so missed fresh towels or dry place where to hang them . Pet friendly (doggy/ cat bed by the window), found some cat / dog hairs on bed ( unfortunately I’m allergic). There was a vacuum cleaner so quickly settled!
