Appartement confortable et bien situé

Points positifs : L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, propre, bien décoré, literie de la chambre et du séjour confortables. L'immeuble et la rue sont calmes. Il est bien situé, à 2 pas d'une station de métro, proche de tous commerces (boulangeries, Monoprix...) et restaurants. Pour une pause \

Points négatifs : Nous avons eu une petite frayeur au moment de récupérer les clés en trouvant porte close et rideau baissé au point de retrait. Nous avons été soulagées que quelqu'un se présente finalement devant l'immeuble pour nous remettre les clés. L'appartement est confortable mais quelques petits détails et commodités manquent pour un séjour de plus de 2 ou 3 nuits (étendoir pour le linge, penderie, crochets dans la salle de bains,...) mais rien de rédhibitoire. Les échanges uniquement en anglais peuvent rendre la communication malaisée.

Points positifs : We stayed in this apartment and had a really great experience. From a logistical point of view, it is extremely convenient: the metro station (Michel Bizot) is just 50 meters from the building entrance. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants all nearby—you really have everything you need within walking distance. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed are incredibly comfortable, from the pillows to the mattresses. We were also provided with towels, a hairdryer, and many other amenities—there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We only had a small issue with the key handover, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the efficiency of the support service, which guided us step by step until everything was sorted out. A special thank you to Montaigne and Ron, who were wonderful and made our stay extremely comfortable, making us feel as if we were guests in a friend’s home. We highly recommend this place!

Points positifs : Apartamento espetacular. Limpeza, espaço e localização são o diferencial. Indico a todos. De frente a uma saída do metrô, supermercado a aproximadamente 30 metros, vários restaurantes, padarias e fast foods. Bairro bem residencial e bastante agradável. No final esqueci um óculos e a equipe foi muito atenciosa em me ajudar a reaver meus óculos. Quando voltar a Paris, irei para lá com certeza. Spectacular apartment. Cleanliness, space, and location are the highlights. I recommend it to everyone. It's right across from a metro exit, a supermarket approximately 30 meters away, and several restaurants, bakeries, and fast food outlets. The neighborhood is very residential and quite pleasant. At the end, I forgot my glasses, and the staff was very attentive in helping me get them back. When I return to Paris, I will definitely stay there again.

Points négatifs : Nada. Tudo foi perfeito.

Points positifs : Esta justo al lado de una parada de metro y aunque la distancia al centro de París está lejos, es muy cómodo tener una parada justo al lado. Tienes en esta misma calle, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. y en cuanto al apartamento está bien, pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado y tiene vistas a la calle principal.

Points négatifs : La entrada al apartamento está un poco viejo, pero creo que es que están de reformas.
