Points positifs : Appartement très confortable bien équipé L emplacement est top
Points négatifs : Le bruit … Pour passer un bon séjour équipez vous de bouchons d oreilles qui sont obligatoires. La porte d entrée de l immeuble est juste à côté de l appartement. Mais avec des bouchons d oreilles les nuits sont très bonnes

Hyper sympa et agréable
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal près de la plage de la république. Lits confortables et appartement cosy pour Paris ! De jour l’appartement semble bruyant ( proche de l’entrée et des codes) et du passage des habitants, mais il n’en ai rien : nuit calme et silencieuse !

Apparement impeccable!
Points positifs : Appartement tout à fait sympathique à deux minutes du métro. Localisation parfaite pour notre week-end à Paris! Le lit était confortable et le canapé-lit bien large! L'appartement était impeccable et nous a largement satisfait. Encore un tout grand merci pour les informations super précises pour accéder au logement. Merci également pour les bouteilles d'eau et les capsules de café !
Points négatifs : Le voisinage est un peu bruyant mais c'est tout a fait compréhensible sachant que c'était le week-end!

Points positifs : Perfect location. Apartman is ok. The guests do not take care of the apartment enough. The apartment was not noisy these 5 days. quick access to the apartment and quick agreement.
Points négatifs : Deposit 300€. Refund to me 284.98€ I have provision on 300€ (313€) i lost 30€

Great location, comfortable, apartment has everything you might need
Points positifs : Location is great, near metro, a lot cafes nearby, you could walk to Gare de Nord or Louvre. Beds are comfortable, apartment had everything we need, except drying rack, which was brought right after we asked for it.
Points négatifs : Sometimes could be loud, because cafe is right behind the bedroom wall, but we came home late, so they already were closed. Some repairs are needed(floor between kitchen and bedroom, hooks for clothes in bathroom).

Points positifs : The owners were incredibly helpful and would always be quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and a short walk away from transport links, shops & bakery’s. The apartment had all the facilities you could want and we were extremely happy staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
Points positifs : The location was very convenient, close to the subway. There is everything you need around the house. The apartment was arranged very well and had everything you need for living.
Points négatifs : The walls let sound through, so you could hear the cafe behind the wall and also the neighbours going in and out of the building.

From the moment we stepped in, everything was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and situated in a superb location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful gesture of complimentary coffee, which was a delightful surprise after our journey. What truly stood out during our stay was the meticulous attention to detail. From the abundance of laundry detergent capsules to every other amenity one could possibly need, it was evident that the hosts had taken great care to ensure a comfortable experience for their guests. Overall, our stay here exceeded all expectations, and we're immensely grateful for the hospitality extended to us. This apartment has set a new standard for our future travels, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you once again for a memorable stay!
