Points positifs : Les commodités et la situation géographique étaient l’idéal. La station de métro et très près et les restos et l’ambiance du quartier sont très conviviales.

Points négatifs : Quelques étapes pour accéder à la clé mais quand même clair comme indication.

Points positifs : La situation centrale pour visiter Paris. Appartement calme,bien équipé et joliment décoré.

Points négatifs : RAS

Sympa et trop court

Points positifs : Propre, bien équipé et un bel espace et proximité du centre. Facilité de déplacement

Points négatifs : Le logement est en sous sol et la chambre est comme une cave deux fenêtre qui sont sous des soupiraux pas ouvrable et pour les chlostrophobes pas top! Bruyant le soir au dessus des bars!

Points positifs : très bon emplacement. quartier animé, bien desservi par Métro et bus fonctionnel, cuisine bien équipée charme et déco de l'appartement, sa propreté, confort du lit et du canapé lit. très calme côté cour

Points négatifs : peu lumineux car en R-1, un peu de bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur la rue, pas d'éponge et peu de produits douche plafonnier cuisine et lampe dans l'angle du salon ne fonctionnent pas porte du WC difficile à ouvrir télé de la chambre ne fonctionne pas, pas connectée à l'antenne

It’s okay for a short stay

Points positifs : -Great location,near metro stations,restaurants and bars -Comfy beds -Heated apartment -Complete kitchen

Points négatifs : -The floors weren’t mopped,our socks started to get dirty quickly -The bedroom has mold on the walls and little light -We only got one toiletpaper which wasn’t even new for 4 people,3 nights(when I asked for more the host told me this is an airbnb not a hotel). I don’t think is that pricey to leave 2-3 toiletpapers for a stay. -Small bathroom

Self contained apartment in central location

Points positifs : Compared to other options in Paris, this apartment is quite spacious, with a functional kitchen to prepare meals in (which is handy as eating out in Paris is quite expensive). Our kids slept on the fold out lounge and said it was comfortable. Location is great, very close to republique metro station, and lots of restaurants close by. Supermarket is a 5 min walk away and there is an awesome bakery close by in Rue Charlot which we visited each morning for breakfast supplies. Very good security - 2 doors with security code locks in addition to the key locked door. Generally quiet inside, we heard the occasional noise from the apartment upstairs but nothing too bothersome. It was expensive compared to other acommodation we booked but Paris is an expensive city to stay in so I think it is good value for this standard in such a central location. We had good communication from the owners, they responded to all my queries very quickly.

Points négatifs : We couldn't see any air-conditioning, not sure how it would be in the heat of summer - there are two pedestal fans which we used and were comfortable with.

Points positifs : Very good location. Exactly as described with everything we needed. Good communication with the host.

Points négatifs : Sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable to sit on but was pretty comfortable as a bed.

Points positifs : The location is excellent and the flat is spacious and has everything needed.

Points négatifs : As it is a basement flat, it is quite dark. View to the courtyard.

Points positifs : En general todo pero por señalar algo.. la cama, era muy cómoda y la calefacción daba gusto como funcionaba. El piso está muy bien situado con metro y bastantes sitios para comer.

Points négatifs : Por poner algo diría que, las escaleras. No eran muchas ni incomodas pero nosotros al llevar un bebé nos costaba un poco bajar el carrito. Me hubiera gustado que el piso tuviera escoba para barrer.

Points positifs : La ubicación es genial, el apartamento super acogedor y las indicaciones perfectas a la llegada.

Points négatifs : Que la habitación huele mucho a humedad.
