Central location, spacious property and clean property

Points positifs : Central location, very spacious property and authenticity French property. The property manage lilane ensured we had great, comfortable stay and went above and beyond to give us pleasant experience.

Wonderfully located, well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for our family of four.

Points positifs : The suite is in an ideal location from hopping on the metro into the centre to wandering along to one of the boulangeries to get breakfast or pick up something from the supermarket. The flat itself is in a beautiful Parisienne apartment with everything you need for your stay. The two bedrooms are very comfortable (the beds in particular and great linen) and the separate toilet and shower are ideal (great shower too).

Live like a local in a beautiful part of Paris.

Points positifs : Well appointed and spacious apartment, conveniently located near Republique metro station. Very good value for this part of Paris. There were several supermarkets close by and lots of restaurants.

Points négatifs : Generally the apartment was quiet except that late one evening the people downstairs did some DIY which was noisy but that was only once.

Points positifs : Perfect apartment, with everything you need. Easy check in and out, clean, good heating. Amazing location, right on the Metro.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Points positifs : Location, cleanliness, THE Shower, heated radiator for the towels Communication before and during the stay was exceptional. Friendly, with links provided on everything you need to know. Later check-out times are available on request, a great bonus.

Points négatifs : Not as big as I thought it would be. Bathroom is quite small.

Points positifs : Family 2 adults and 2 children. Vacation with few days in Disney included. Location, nice neighborhood with grocery stores and other facilities nearby, next to the subway and convenient to go everywhere. Apartment very well equipped. Very friendly staff. I think is perfect for a couple with children or 2 couples. The couch on the living room is also a bed but we didn’t use it.

Points négatifs : No AC. Building infrastructure and isolation is not great. Grumpy downstairs neighbor that complains about the noise on the roof(it is not easy to keep 2 young boys quiet and silent).

Great location & host, clean apartment. Would stay again.

Points positifs : They let us do early check-in and 1 hour late check-out. The room was very clean. The location was very close to metro and 15 min. to Gare du Noord. The host was very informative and quite responisve.

Points négatifs : The only minor discomfort was with the pillows on the bed. They were too soft for my liking and made it a bit difficult to sleep, but I recognize that this is a personal preference.

The location is perfect. The photos looked bigger than the actual space.

Points positifs : This apartment is smacked in a non-touristy area which was great. It’s surrounded by small restaurants, supermarkets and metro. The neighbourhood has a lot to offer. We found one of the best coffee in Paris just 2 mins away. If you want late night snacks, you have out just beside the apartment. Great place for Uber pick up and it’s compact for a family of 5. The staff is responsive when you ping them on Booking.com app. They even attended to us over the weekend - thanks guys!

Points négatifs : I probably didn’t read clearly. I thought the apartment came with 2 separate toilets. But there is only one WC to be shared by 5 adults. The floor is razor thin. There is an angry neighbour below who keeps banging on the ceiling when we returned back from the tours late. We found ourselves walking like cats and whispering to one another. One night someone used the washing machine late and this neighbour came up to pound on all the doors and woke us up. In the morning, there is construction work going on so you will be wide awake.
