Refurbished Apartment - 2BR 6P - Chatelet

Points positifs : The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, very nice for a family of four. Its location was excellent, situated on a nice square in a very central area (just 3 minutes from the Centre Pompidou and within walking distance of Notre-Dame Cathedral), and right next to a metro station, which made getting around extremely easy. Additionally, being on the first floor was particularly convenient.

Points négatifs : What we didn’t like was that directly on the ground floor, right below the apartment, there was a fast-food restaurant. From midday onwards, a strong smell of fried food would come into the apartment. It was particularly noticeable when entering the flat and especially in the living room. Even our clothes absorbed the smell after unpacking, which was quite unpleasant. Although the source of the issue is the restaurant, it is something the owners may want to address, as the odor was quite bothersome. We gave the apartment an 8 mainly because of the cooking smell. Without this issue, it would definitely have been a 9, as we were otherwise very satisfied.

Points positifs : De locatie is lekker dicht in het centrum dat was echt fijn.

Points négatifs : De douche put stonk heel erg dat was wel een beetje jammer
