Fab stay would definitely recommend, communication was very clear and it really was an ideal

Points positifs : The propety was in a fantastic location. Se central and very close to one of the main train stations in Paris.

Points négatifs : Top bedroom with the low ceiling was slightly awkward, but manageable for a few days. No oven, but we managed with hob and microwave.

Immaculately clean and well stocked with a great host but small for a family of four on a trip with luggage.

Points négatifs : The room is small for a family of four on a trip with luggage. There is no separate bedroom but a double bed in the attic/loft area.

Points positifs : The property is very neat and has all the basic things you need in an organized home. The location is in the city centre and few steps away from the Train station you need to take you around to other areas. It’s a walkable distance from the apartment to most sites of attraction and the street is safe with several food and gift shops. The owner of the apartment was quite friendly and very supportive in ensuring that we had a nice stay. She is always reachable and a superb administrator. If I am to visit Paris again, I will book the apartment again as the kids loved the vacation home.

Points négatifs : It’s in the second floor which made in an and out a bit stressful. There is a lift but the space is not big enough to accommodate several people. As a family of 4, we found using the stairs better. The bed upstairs was close to the roof which made it not too convenient but was a great place to sleep. The couch/bed downstairs was great and comfortable. The two issues listed didn’t prevent us from enjoying the apartment as the positives outnumbered them.

Points positifs : The apartment was very beautiful. Nice deco and it's got everything we needed. Great location walking distance to most attractions, metro and eateries. The host was amazing. She helped with every little question we had. Can get bit noisy in the evening but will definitely go there again if we ever return to Paris.

Points positifs : The location is excellent, just a few meters from one of the most important train and subway stations in Paris. It’s a very central area, so there are plenty of places to eat, supermarkets, and shops just steps away. The apartment was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and the host was extremely attentive to any needs we had.

Points négatifs : Regarding the apartment, just to clarify that the bedroom is on a mezzanine level, so the access is a bit quirky, but still comfortable (I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people). The neighborhood is very noisy at night due to the large number of bars in the area, so when you open the windows the noise can be deafening. However, it’s clear they installed soundproof windows because when they are closed, the noise is completely gone.

Points positifs : I’m usually VERY skeptical about booking private apartments and tend to prefer to stay at hotels, but this experience was great! The hosts were extremely kind, communicative and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean, renovated and had all the amenities. The location for us was ideal and we were very pleasantly surprised to find how sound proof the windows are, given it’s a very active neighborhood. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Our stay at Zenovia’s apartment in Paris was absolutely perfect!

Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay at owner Zenovia's apartment! The flat was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better, We walked almost everywhere! We took the train from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport directly. Only 2 mins from train station exit to apartment. There is a beautiful fountain in front of building with lots of seats areas. There is a grocery shop 60 meters away from the door. I would say it is the heart of Pairs. Zenovia was a fantastic host—friendly, communicative, and full of great local tips. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Points positifs : What an amazing place, appt was stunning, such a fantastic location. When we visit Paris again will absolutely be looking to book this again. Information provided and facilities on offer are second to none.
