Points positifs : la situation géographique exceptionnelle, l'aménagement intérieur de l'appartement, avec une table permettant de travailler, donc utile pour les hommes d'affaires, literie impeccable, linge de toilettes avec des serviettes blanches de qualité, éclairage satisfaisant. Points négatifs : Il manquait les flacons de savon douche, et une boite de mouchoirs à 3€ qui auraient été utiles. Les codes porte extérieur et de l'appartement étaient erronés, d'où pertes de temps inutiles

Lovely apartment in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Location was perfect 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and lots of local restaurants and shops near by.

Points négatifs : Nothing that we don't like

Points positifs : Best one. Especially the location it's really amazing.

Points positifs : Very small and cute place with a big sofa and a big bedroom. This is the perfect place for people who are fans of vintage style. The apartment is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. If you have any questions, you can call the phone number provided and a very friendly and responsive voice will answer you.

Points positifs : Great location, everything is in walking distance, fantastic air conditioning, liked that the doors required a code instead of keys, saved us a lot of headache.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was only available in one room, the shower leaked water so we had to clean the floor with each use, the sink in the toilet was dirty.

Overall a very present stay. Amazing location and relaxing apartment.

Points positifs : Great location.close to metro and bus stations. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Quiet during the night. It seemed to be recently refurbished.

Points négatifs : Few things were missing if you plan to eat inside (dishes, dish drier). The floor is beautiful but cold, so a few carpets would be welcome. The ware container is small and it has metal parts that cut through the waste plastic bag when you try to lift it up. The water eater is placed in a tight place behind the toilet, and difficult to operate. It was not turned on when we arrived and we only noticed it when we wanted to take a shower next morning. I advise you to turn it on once you arrive.

Points positifs : La posizione della struttura è perfetta, la zona molto bella ti consente di viverla piacevolmente, di raggiungere i luoghi di maggior interessa a piedi. La metropolitana, bus e stazione dei taxi sono comunque vicinissimi. L'alloggio è comodo, il bagno ampio, il letto comodo. Noi eravamo in 4 (famiglia) ed è andato bene, però eravamo sempre in giro e quindi la casa la abbiamo utilizzata solo per dormire. Per il check in vengono dati dei codici di accesso e si può arrivare a qualsiasi ora senza problemi. L'assistenza da remoto è ottima.

Points négatifs : La casa è a piano terra sulla strada (sala) quindi non apri e finestre e tieni sempre le tende chiuse. Ogni tanto arriva odore di fogna dagli scarichi.

Points positifs : There was no breakfast included but there were plenty of restaurants in the area. Location is excellent, very safe and walkable.

Points négatifs : No place to store luggage if you arrived early.

Points positifs : The location is very convenient to walk to many restaurants and shops. We walked to the Louvre and other museums.
