Really good. I was not disappointed
Points positifs : The apartment is really well located, big and considered new when you see other places in Paris. We have everything we need to cook and spend good days, I was surprised in a good way. Also, it is really well located. You can see the subway station from the window, there is a bus stop in front of it, a lot of supermarkets and stores. Mikael was really gentle and did his best so we could arrive early. 10/10. I would book it again.
Points négatifs : Like most places in Paris, the acoustic is not amazing. People in the apartment next door (visitors as well) were partying with loud music, laughing and being loud until 2am. If you take the bedroom next to the bathroom is a nightmare.

Clean, comfortable, suitable for family.
Points positifs : Good location, near metro station, grocery. Quite comfortable two double beds, and everything you need for your staying- coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV. Minimalistic, clean , comfortable.
Points négatifs : Each person was provided with only one towel, and there was no hand soap (although dish soap, shampoo, and body gel were available).

Points positifs : The apartment is new and well furnished. The bathroom is a little bit tiny but essential and it has a spacious shower. The host was very helpful. We had late check-in and we managed a way to get the keys. Thank you!
Points négatifs : The apartment is in front of the Barbes metro station, unfortunately not 100% safe 😔

Great location and communication, ideal for a short stay in Paris
Points positifs : Great location, next to a metro stop, and very responsive owner, who made it very easy to retrieve the keys and contact them for any needs. The apartment is very large by Paris standard and very easy to reach in 10 minutes walking from Gare du Nord. The owner was very kind to include a couple of fans in the apartment, to provide some relief in the very hot days when I visited the city.
Points négatifs : There were no major flaws, but a few small things that could have been improved, as for example a small table next to the bed, or a better set of linens and duvet for the summer season (I had a winter duvet and heavy linens in one of the hottest summer days ever, so it didn't feel very comfortable).

Buen apartamento en montmatre
Points positifs : Buena ubicacion y conexion con el metro, apartamento comodo con habitaciones separadas y muy calido. Esta muy cerca de montmatre y al centro se llega rapido en metro
Points négatifs : La recogida de llaves fue muy complicada al tener que ir a una tienda a 5 minutos andando con las maletas. DEspues pra entrar es complejo utilizando despues otras llaves. El apartamento tiene un poco de humedad y huele un poco el sumidero
