Great location. Nice and clean stay.

Points positifs : The location of the apartment is very close to the metro station and it’s only one stop from Gare du Nord or you can even walk to and from there. The apartment was clean. The beds are absolutely comfortable. The apartment size is appropriate. The staff is very helpful and caring. Also, there is an elevator which is really useful.

Points positifs : The apartment is nice and I liked that it is close to the metro station. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each and a small kitchen that serves well.

Points négatifs : The bathroom is not good, cramped and complicated to shower because it does not have a shower and wets the floor, pipes that are exposed are uncomfortable.

Points positifs : Apartment was very clean on arrival. Communication was brilliant prior & throughout the stay. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen & bathroom are small but have everything you require. Smart TV always a benefit when coming from overseas. Train station a 1min walk away. Value for money in Paris, recommend.

Points positifs : El apartamento esta muy bien. Es suficiente con dos habitaciones, cocina-sala y un baño. Esta situado cerca del metro, tren y bus. También esta cerca del Sacre Creu, ha menos de 10 mins andando de la plaza. Tienes suficientes establecimientos en los que poder comprar en los alrededores.

Points négatifs : Por poner algún pero, diría que la zona es ruidosa y al ser un primer piso, influye bastante.

Doskonałe miejsce na krótki pobyt, dla osób, które dużo czasu spędzają na mieście.

Points positifs : Idealna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko metra. W pobliżu piekarnie, kawiarenki, restauracje i sklep. 2 sypialnie ( jedna bez okna, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym). Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, ekspres do kawy , czajnik, naczynia, sztućce, żelazko, suszarka - wszystko na miejscu. Polecam.

Points négatifs : Jedna uwaga. Mogłyby być 2 ręczniki na osobę . Zestaw duży plus mały zamiast jednego dużego.

Points positifs : Nuestro experiencia como familia fue maravillosa. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Michael fue super amable y se mostró a disposición en todo momento. No suelo dejar reseñas. Pero este alojamiento lo vale. La ubicación es ideal. Puedes ver la entrada del metro desde tu ventana.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber die Lage war durch starke Präsenz von Dealern und Obdachlosen insbesonder

Points positifs : Anreise sehr gut organisiert, Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Alles sauber, funktional, freundlich wirkend. Betten sind bequem. Metrostation in 1 Minute Entfernung.

Points négatifs : Die Lage- Drogenmaffia und zahlreiche Obdachlose direkt vorm Haus. Und die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (z.B. keine kleinen Löffel, nur ein großer Kochtopf bei kleinem Herd), aber ansonsten funktional eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand.
