Points positifs : Très bonne situation, proche du Louvre et de l'opéra Garnier. Appartement calme en rez-de-chaussée avec bel extérieur. Spacieux pour 4 personnes.

Superbe endroit, j'y reviendrai !

Will definitely look to book again if we find ourselves in Paris again !

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris.

Points positifs : The location was excellent with a short walk to metro and louvre. It had a nice table to gather around. A good sized kitchen and bathroom for Paris. Instructions to access the apartment were very good which made it seamless.

Points négatifs : Could do with another mirror. No starter pack in kitchen. I thought it was a two bedroom apartment but the second bedroom was in the living room so it was a bit of a squeeze for 4 of us. 4pm is also a very late check in.

Amazing location and very accommodating with all the amenities we needed.

Points positifs : Location great, instructions for access etc clean and apartment small but pretty . Very quiet but such a central location.

Points négatifs : My only criticism is the apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroomed property but isn’t. It’s a one bedroom with another bed in the living area.

Spacious apartment in fabulous location

Points positifs : Spacious apartment to accommodate family of 4 in a superb location, in the middle of everything but super quiet. Larger than I expected, especially for Europe.

Points négatifs : I booked for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. When we opened the sofa bed on the first night the base sheet was filthy, covered in hair. When I asked the host for a spare sheet they quickly accommodated but said they only prepare that bed if we ask in advance. I thought it strange to leave a dirty sheet on the bed. The rest of the apartment was very clean. Also you can store your luggage from midday but they wouldn’t accommodate a 30 minute early check in.

This was a great base for a family mini break in Paris.

Points positifs : Incredible central Paris location but the apartment was peaceful and quiet. The welcome booklet gave very clear instructions for how to work appliances. We didn’t meet the host face to face but she replied instantly to all queries.

Points positifs : The property was excellent - bright, clean and spacious We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable with plenty of space The area is safe and the location of the apartment excellent for the best of Paris I felt very safe in the location - even walking back from the river at night alone with my 2 youngest children The key entry is secure and I had no concern about safety when inside

This was an excellent place to stay, safe, quiet, comfortable, close to attractions, good food

Points positifs : The location was fantastic so close to the Louvre and all the tourist stops in the area were an easy walk. The building felt very safe and is had a very nice courtyard feel that made you forget you were in a busy downtown area. Lots of light, very clean and very quiet.

Points négatifs : Its just that we were not able to stay longer and really enjoy the area.
