Great place would stay there every time when working in Paris
Points positifs : The property was great it perfect it was 4 off us staying and it’s perfect 4 bathrooms Great location and very close to all amenities and plenty of restaurants next to the apartment.
Points négatifs : Had good facilities and plenty of glasses plates for 10plus people was very clean and when arrived had a complimentary welcome pack wine crisps and some assorted bits great touch I thought !!

Comfortable, safe and luxurious
Points positifs : The property is very well located, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We liked the apartment kitchen and living space. The 3 main bedrooms are very comfortable and suitable for adults. The apartment is well equipped and we had no difficulty in finding anything. All equipment is of very good quality- overall a very luxurious and comfortable stay.
Points négatifs : The 4th bedroom is a loft with a mattress- its not really suitable for adults and the other bed is in the living room which is not comfortable either to sleep as its in the living space/ kitchen. This is technically a 3 bedroom apartment and not 4. The main door is extremely awkward to open and close - its heavy and very small.

Brilliant
Points positifs : The apartment was beautiful and as the pictures on the site. There was everything you needed for a short stay. The location was also great, in a good area and close to metro and amenities. Would stay here again!
Points négatifs : The ceiling in the fourth bedroom is very low, was expecting a low ceiling but maybe not that low. However the property made up the sofa bed which was used instead and was very comfortable.

Perfect location for touring Paris in comfort.
Points positifs : Appreciated the coffee. Loved the private showers and two w/c.
Points négatifs : It turned out okay but needing to send the owners a photo of key return on day of departure was a hassle as Booking app doesn’t allow for photos in the communication box

Great apartment for families
Points positifs : Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our family of 5. Well stocked with everything you need to be self sufficient to cook as well. The apartment is located close to the shops, bus and metro.
Points négatifs : One bedroom with an en-suite had an off putting smell to it. Not sure what it was and we didn’t inquire about it.

Perfect stay in complete luxury
Points positifs : Absolute luxury - the apartment is furnished to such a high standard and everything is so comfortable. Great location and easy to access - equipped with everything you could need.
Points négatifs : It wasn’t an issue for us - but the fourth bedroom is a mezzanine with a very low ceiling

Outstanding stay- beyond expectations.
Points positifs : Location was lovely on a quiet street with central access to all the Paris monuments. Great eats nearby too.
Points négatifs : Spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable after long days of exploring.

Very good locations for family tourists
Points positifs : Location is great, 10 minutes walk to Louvre, Orsay, opera, and many good restaurants around, Carrefour express is 200 away which has reasonable price. 3 bedroom have bathrooms each, but 2 toilets shares, it’s ok for us. Facilities is ok, and bed is comfortable. Quiet in the central area.
Points négatifs : Checkin is smooth, only luggage storage. The check in time is 3 pm, but we arrive at the apartment at around 12 with early flight with 2 luggage. It cost us time to solve this problem, but anyway it is resolved.
