Points positifs : The location is really good, you can reach everything so easily!

Points négatifs : It’s really hot in the summer, also the water pressure is really bad but other than that everything was good!

Small but good value for money! Great location!

Points positifs : location was brilliant! pretty much right in the centre, with good links to the metro to get elsewhere around the city. the price was also good given the location! it was small but had all the facilities necessary for a single person or couple and everything worked just fine. we decided to just keep the sofa bed out for the duration of our stay, which did take up most of the apartment, but for us that didn’t matter. the owners were super duper lovely and friendly too!

Points négatifs : the sofa bed itself was a little firm, but kind of expected for a sofa bed - wouldn’t recommend if u suffer from back problems haha! the apartment itself was obviously very small, so that needs to be considered if u decide to stay here - i’d say it’s best for a single person or couple, wouldn’t be any room for any more. there were three very thin sets of stairs to get to the front door (which itself was a bit of a yoga mission to get in to), so wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has any form of mobility trouble. only other thing to note was the location might be quite hard to find to begin with, it’s within a little alleyway of shops, so not immediately noticeable - the landlord would come meet you though, as he did with us!

Great cheap accommodation for central Paris

Points positifs : Brilliant location and well equipped kitchen and other facilities. Coffee machine and kettle were a bonus. Plenty of cooking equipment but didn’t cook. Lots of bars and eating places nearby. Towels and toiletries provided and shower was ok. Comfortable sofa bed.

Points négatifs : Perfectly good for cheap stay but stairs up to flat quite narrow and uneven so wouldn’t suit everyone. Flat is cosy as described so not good for very tall people

Points positifs : Zona carina vicino alla metro ristorantini e boulangerie molto vicine quasi tutto é raggiungibile in max 20 min a piedi

Points négatifs : le scale ed il fatto che girando l’angolo ci si ritrovi in una zona orrenda

Points positifs : La stanza é molto piccola, ma ha tutto l’occorrente per soggiornare qualche giorno. Comoda come posizione e vicino anche alla Metro.

Points négatifs : L’unica pecca sono le scale per arrivarci e la doccia che non ha un getto fortissimo.

Points positifs : Perfetta la posizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Points négatifs : Il divano letto non era comodo e lo spazio per muoversi davvero molto ridotto.

Points positifs : El piso se encuentra en el pleno centro de París, el barrio está rodeado de los restaurantes y bares de distintos precios, así que puedes comer desde muy barato a algo un poco más caro de mejor nivel.

Points négatifs : La verdad es que por el precio y localización que tiene no puedes pedir nada más...Si, es mega pequeño, pero si quieres estar en unas instalaciones perfectas, mejor que vayas a un otel de 5 estrellas con el precio correspondiente..;)

Points positifs : Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in praktischer Lage in Paris. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Points négatifs : Ja, das appartement ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Nächte.
