Points positifs : le jardin, l'espace, la déco, le service en cas de souci sont très appréciable.

Points négatifs : Un petit nettoyage au mini karcher sur les dalles du jardin et la terrasse, chaque jour, pour enlever les fiantes d'oiseaux ne serait pas de trop.

Points positifs : The apartments are fantastic in terms of location, size, format and quiet, unique and nothing like them you will find even significantly more expensive than this apartment-museum with walls, which are 400-500 years old and a private garden in the heart of the best in Paris 6th quarter! So I’m putting 10, despite all the issues mentioned below, because key apartment's value is above the highest possible ratings.

Points négatifs : 1. Security. I never understood how to close the main apartment, as well as the bedroom in a separate house on the garden side - all night long you will have both rooms open to all intruders on the garden side, which can easily be entered from the windows of any apartment above and steal all your belongs. It’s really unsafe and very nerve-racking. 2. The plumber in the bathroom. There was a lot of leaky toilet. It was taken care of, but I wasted a day and a half of my personal time. 2. The wifi did not work and I set up myself for almost a day. In the end, I set it up myself. 4. The TV in the bedroom cannot be configured to operate normally. He could not set up the same way and called a company specialist. I need another normal and adequate brand of television in the bedroom.

We had a great stay as we overlooked the apartment’s shortcomings and enjoyed it’s fabulpus location and setting.

Points positifs : Fantastic location, good atmosphere in the apartment, super quiet

Points négatifs : We didn’t realise we had to cross the large garden to get to the bedroom suite! Garden path was dirty, bathrooms were old and need updating, kitchen facilities super limited and old. Coffee machine didn’t work.
