Points positifs : Emplacement au top, spacieux pour appartement à Paris avec vue sur jardin. Décoration jolie et matelas confortables

Appart très bien conçu et bien situé

Points positifs : Super appart très bien conçu, très bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche, mais la personne qu'il gérait l'appartement était très réactive.. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Un moment parisien idéal

Points positifs : L appartement typiquement parisien, très propre, propose toutes les commodités pour la découverte de Paris. A proximité immédiate de la butte Montmartre et de ses commerces. Très beau séjour.

Séjour agréable, dans un location calme, lumineuse avec vue sur un jardin.

Points positifs : La situation au pied de Montmartre ainsi que la proximité des transports en commun. Fonctionnel, grande chambre, nombreux placards, la décoration, la literie , suffisamment de vaisselle à disposition.

Points négatifs : Le quatrième étage non mentionné dans l' annonce, La petitesse de la salle de bain sans chauffage est très froide. Fil du grille pain dénudé attention danger. L'ouverture du coffre sécurisé difficile d'accès pour entrer le code, peut-être le mettre dans l'autre sens.

Points positifs : Lovely part of Montmartre Paris that we wanted to explore, and closest Metro was Anvers at the end of the road which made travel in the city easy . Nice size room , everything we needed ,shower nice and powerful. Kitchen had all the essentials ,we made breakfast here with produce from close by Franprix supermarche. Plenty of restaurants, cafe, bakeries close by too. Super close to Sacré-Cœur and tourist must does. Great stay , would stay again .

Points négatifs : 70 step spiral staircase could be a challenge for some. We had some odd unpleasant smells from the sink ,plug in with a little water cured this . Slight confusion on key drop off before 10.30 , advise check on this the day before ,but we had very responsive email chat which also solved this.

A fabulous, well appointed flat, perfect for sightseeing, as long as you don't mind the 70 steps!

Points positifs : Location was excellent, just a short walk to both Montmatre and Sacre Coeur in one direction and the Metro station in the other. The apartment itself was just what we needed for our short stay and although we didn't need it, the kitchen was well appointed with all you might need to cook lunch or a light meal. Communication with the owner was excellent, and replies were quick.

Points négatifs : The main booking details about the apartment didn't say it was on the 4th floor with 70 steps up to it. We only found out after we had booked when we read feedback in more detail. If I were younger and fitter, this wouldn't have been a problem, and the apartment would be our go-to whenever in Paris, but the steps mean we won't be using it again. We had a few small issues whilst there that were unforeseeable, and when I contacted the owners, they immediately made arrangements for them to be looked into once we had checked out. They asked for a video so they could understand the problem. Very efficient. Sadly, the problems couldn't be rectified while we were there, which caused us to have to go without a shower on the last day. My daughter and granddaughter loved the apartment and would definitely stay there again. Sadly, the steps mean I won't be returning.

Points positifs : The garden view. Light and airy.. Close to the metro

Points négatifs : Information about 4 flights of stairs necessary before booking. Need a fan or some cooling system in the heat wave conditions

Quiet room in buzzing area. Enjoyable stay in Paris

Points positifs : Good location, in Montmartre. Metro trains, and busses good for getting to sites of Paris. FranPrix Has a washing machine and drying rack for laundry, which was real useful over 12 nights stay. FranPrix supermarket and lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Points négatifs : Bedroom and living area was small for the price, but Paris is expensive. There was a blockage in the shower and sink on arrival, but the owner reimbursed me for buying drain clearing product and I was able to clear the blockage.

In total a very nice apartment with the facilities needed. Also a nice location in monmatre

Points positifs : Nice and clean and pictures was true to the size of the apartment - spacious given it is in Paris

Points négatifs : The towels was super small

Points positifs : it's a very nice apartment clean and with the area is a busy place and there is everything and métro close by The area is really nice and there is a good restaurant around and it's also easy for transportation, so I really love it.

Points négatifs : I like everything but the only thing I did not like was it was on the 4th floor and I have a baby so that was the only thing I was thinking it is going to be first floor or but it was a 4th floor, with my baby. That was not really easy for me, but the rest things are so perfect the apartment is so good nice and they're all clean.
