Bon séjour à deux pas du Sacré Coeur-Montmartre.

Points positifs : Très bon accueil par Samy. Entrée en avance . Emplacement très appréciable. Très calme, en arrière cour, bien sécurisé. Commerces alimentaires à proximité. Literie confortable. Plan de l'appartement judicieux. Propreté salon, cuisine et WC. Chauffage suffisant.

Points négatifs : Améliorations diverses à prévoir concernant l'aménagement et l'entretien : taille de casseroles-placard cuisine inaccessible : trop haut -housse de coussin canapé décousue-poignée porte WC dévissée- lave main WC non raccordé à l'eau- moisissure intérieure et extérieure douche-murs tâchés (peinture à prévoir)... .Infos détaillées laissées au propriétaire .Il s'agit de détails qui n'affectent pas la sécurité, la qualité du sommeil ni l'impression générale mais ils permettraient d'atteindre un niveau de prestation optimum.

Points positifs : L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein quartier résidentiel et proche du métro. Dans l’appartement on n’entend pas de bruit. Le propriétaire et le gérant sont charmants et très réactifs. L’appartement est très bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Tout était parfait, rien à redire.

Points positifs : L'emplacement, à deux pas du métro et du Sacré-Coeur. Supérettes et restaurants à proximité. Le calme de la location. Le gérant très gentil et arrangeant.

Points positifs : Le calme absolu du logement en rez-de-chaussée sur cour, dans un quartier très agréable (théâtres, commerces ),la configuration très bien étudiée, une vraie cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur, plaques à induction, four, lave-linge. Une grande chambre au lit très confortable, des toilettes séparées, une salle d'eau pratique, de l'espace dans le logement, parfait pour deux personnes. Linge de maison en quantité, produits ménagers et d'hygiène, capsules de café. Très bien chauffé (séjour en décembre), très propre, gentillesse et disponibilité de Samy, la personne qui nous a accueillis en avance. Notre séjour a été particulièrement agréable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Points négatifs : Un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine serait apprécié (davantage de couverts, grande casserole à pâtes, plat rond en verre pour le four à micro-ondes) et peut-être un miroir dans le salon. Pour quatre, ça nous a semblé peu pratique, pour un couple, parfait.

Wonderful experience; would definitely book again on a future trip to Paris!

Points positifs : Amazing, cozy apartment in the heart of Montmartre just a two-minute walk from Anvers subway station. Lovely inner courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city streets. Great communication with custodian and host - Samy and Joel were very friendly, polite, and quick to respond to any questions in advance of and during the stay. We got the keys upon arrival and left them in the apartment when we left. Perfect for a short stay in Paris with easy access to the city centre via public transit. Thank you for making this family trip so smooth and comfortable!

Amazing location, felt very safe in the apartment/area, small but it didn’t matter really since we were out all day.

Points positifs : Great Location, great communication with Samy who was very helpful, plenty of amenities should you need a long stay.

Points négatifs : The bedding/pillows were very uncomfortable and hot water wasn’t always available and shower pressure wasn’t the best.

Perfect Parisian Stay: A Gem in Montmartre

Points positifs : We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this charming 2-bedroom apartment, ideally located just steps away from the iconic Sacre-Coeur Basilica and the vibrant Montmartre neighborhood. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a home away from home. What truly made our experience exceptional was the exceptional hospitality of our host Sam. He was incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From providing local tips to assisting with transportation, his care and kindness made us feel right at home. One highlight was the Sam's thoughtful gesture of sending our forgotten purse back to us. This level of service is truly commendable and speaks volumes about his commitment to guest satisfaction. If you're looking for a centrally located and comfortable apartment in Paris with a host who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend this gem in Montmartre.

Points positifs : Our stay was amazing, Joel and Samy are really helpful and respond quickly. Apartament is clean and located in a well-connected area, also we felt very safe even during the nighttime. We absolutely recommend:))

Location location location!

Points positifs : We loved staying here, the location was perfect with so much happening around Montmartre. We stayed for 6 nights and appreciated having 2 good supermarkets close by. Public transport was really easy from here, with plenty of options. Samy and Joel were always welcoming and helpful, right from the time we booked the apartment.

Points négatifs : The washing machine was broken during our stay so we had to waste time going to a laundromat (luckily there was one close by). A few extra utensils would have been handy for the few times we cooked or just wanted to make a cheese platter.
