Points positifs : Très jolie appartement, facile d'accès et dans un quartier très agréable. Appartement spacieux, idéal pour 4 personnes.

Un séjour parfait.

Points positifs : Très bel appartement en plein Paris. Organisation parfaite.

Points négatifs : La literie reste le point faible. Oreillers et draps moyens. La machine à laver pourrait être nettoyée

Location, location, location!!!!

Points positifs : The location was amazing, so close to Eiffel Tower and the river. Lots of amazing shops at your fingertips. Could not fault the location. Pierre was very responsive and good communication about arrival etc. The apartment is a good size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Family of 5 fit just fine.

Points négatifs : The beds are terrible. They need replacing ASAP. Pierre did get us a mattress topper when I contacted him. We were grateful but it made little difference. If you got some new beds this would be a 10/10 place to stay. Shower pressure not great at times but manageable. But this is very good value for money.

Points négatifs : The small coffee machine is leaking and almost not working.

Points positifs : The moment we entered the air freshener was brilliant, everything we wanted was there. We were very happy with everything. Location was perfect and parking was there on 30 sec walk. The amount we paid was too much but we loved it every moment we spent in the house was like our own house.

Points négatifs : The hair dryer didn't have the switch to plug it in

Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights near the Eiffel Tower. The beds were very uncomfortable, so it was hard

Points positifs : The location was absolutely amazing. Close to the Eiffel Tower, coffee shop, restaurant, small, grocery store, fruit store very close.

Points négatifs : Could not load channels onto the TV sent to messages never heard anything back. Beds were very uncomfortable. the stairs were super scary, especially when hauling suitcases.

Really enjoyed this apartment- very central

Points positifs : Very central location with boulangerie, supermarche and cafes nearby. Warm, comfortable and functional. Tour Eiffel just down the street.

Great place to stay in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : Great location with a lot of stores and restaurants around. Apartment is great for 4 people, in our case it was 3 person and it was comfortable. Apartment has everything you need. Easy communication with the host.

Points négatifs : Washing machine had some mold between rubber, but it didn't affect our clothes.

Our stay in this perfectly located apartment was a pleasure!

Points positifs : The location was ideal for access to sights, food, local culture and transport. It was wonderful being able to stay in an apartment where we could settle for a week and come and go as we pleased, prepare food and enjoy our own space.

Points négatifs : We were at the apartment during the height of summer. There were two fans but no air conditioning.
