Great (but cute small) apartment in the centre
Points positifs : Very prime location, near the central attraction, yet in a quite and peaceful street. Priceless view of the tower even from the bed.

Points positifs : Da proximidade a torre Eiffel (consegue ir andando) da segurança do bairro, proximidade a linha 6 do metrô, cordialidade do anfitrião.
Points négatifs : São 7 lances de escada para subir (prédio não tem elevador) mas entendo ser a realidade da maior parte dos prédios de Paris, banheiro fica fora do apartamento (compartilhado), microondas não funcionou, não tem televisão.

Points positifs : El barrio estaba súper bien, muy tranquilo y seguro, cerca de la torre Eiffel con vistas desde la ventana y tanto bus y como metro cerca. El apartamento muy acogedor también y todo muy útil y equipado. Perfecto todo.
Points négatifs : Lo único q podría más o menos quejarme es el tema de las escaleras pero bueno es algo normal así q Tampoco tengo mucha queja.

Если желание жить ближе к башне, превалирует над вашей брезгливостью, то советую
Points positifs : Хояева этого объекта прекрасно понимают, что эти апартаменты бронировали, бронируют, и будут бронировать из-за цены, вида на баншю и из-за пешей доступности к ней. Тут даже треснувшие окна выглядят «вайбово» потому что это Париж. Но есть огромные минусы. Тут уже каждый должен сам решить что ему дороже.
Points négatifs : Если вы не совсем брезгливый и вам важна доступность к башне, то да. Если же вы брезгливый, то будьте готовы к тому, что в постели будет клок волос, а пыль там не простирается вообще. Я даже сомневаюсь в том, что эту постель стирали. Но опять же таки хозяева прекрасно понимают почему бронируют эти апартаменты. В принципе вы можете взять с собой свое постельное и влажные салфетки чтобы все поубивать самостоятельно. Второй пункт это общение, я задавала вопросы на которые вообще никто не хотел отвечать, так что каких-то ответов от хозяев тоже особо не ждите. Так что вариант действительно спорный 50/50

Points positifs : Приехали из далека, а точнее из Хабаровска. Заселение без контактное, центр города, рядом метро, всё в шаговой доступности!

Points positifs : Nos atendieron muy bien y fueron muy amables, además de dejarnos quedar algo más de tiempo las maletas en el apartamento que lo agradecimos mucho. Pero, creo que deberían de avisar de que es un séptimo piso, sin ascensor, con escaleras muy estrechas. Además, de que tiene el baño fuera del mismo. Aún así, la ubicación es excelente y el trato fue muy bueno.

Points positifs : Perfect location - 12 min slow walk from the Eiffel tower, convenient transport to any part of Paris. Very lovely area by itself - lots of shops, restaurants, coffee places. Studio is cute, comfy and has a coffee machine in it, which is absolutely gorgeous
Points négatifs : The toilet is outside of the studio, it's shared one. For me it's not a huge problem, just was too cold to go out from bed. Also a bit confusing situation is how to get to the studio, cause there are 2 doors🤣

Melhor custo benefício de Paris para viajantes solo
Points positifs : Amei a acomodação no Studio Passy e super recomendo. A localização é perfeita e a vista da Torre Eiffel é surreal e uma oportunidade única. Fui super bem atendimento e todas as minhas dúvida foram esclarecidas com agilidade. O espaço é perfeito pra quem está viajando sozinho e quer privacidade. O sofá que o hospede usa para dormir é muito confortável. Eu usava o studio apenas para dormir então me incomodou o fato de subir de escada até o 7 andar, inclusive achei que fez parte da minha experiência pariense. 10/10 😍🗼
