Points positifs : We had a great stay in Paris. The host was very friendly, communicative, and responded quickly to our messages, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a central area, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. We especially loved the balcony — the view is beautiful, and it was lovely to sit there in the evening.

Lovely apartment with great support staff and plenty of space

Points positifs : Great apartment with excellent support staff. We had a minor issue and someone came out to us at 9.15pm to assist us, within minutes of us raising the issue. The apartment was well appointed, plenty big enough for 3 adults and served us very well for our 10 day stay. The local facilities are fantastic (supermarkets, bus stops, metro and RER stations) and provide everything you need. The apartment was lovely and warm without needing any heating on, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the water pressure was very good in the shower.

Points négatifs : There is some traffic noise but it wasn’t bad enough to keep me awake at night. It’s just the downside of being in such a busy area.

Points positifs : Location was fantastic and staff were so helpful and amazing to us.

Points négatifs : Could be quite loud at night as on a busy road. Some feedback that bathroom could do with a few more hooks and shelving in the shower to keep soaps etc.

Good central apartment that we stayed at for only one night as a stopover

Points positifs : Amazing location and served the purpose for getting to Les Halles early the next day to catch a train. It's a nice apartment - not too flash but perfectly ok

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Paris

Points positifs : We had a very comfortable stay at this property. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and within walking distance of many key attractions. The air conditioners in every room made our stay extra comfortable during the warm weather. The building itself is very clean, and having a lift to take our luggage up to the first floor was a great convenience. The property management team was also highly responsive. We especially appreciated that they sent staff late at night to set up the sofa bed, which showed great commitment to guest comfort. Overall, a well-managed property in a fantastic location.

Points négatifs : The only downside was that one of the double bedrooms and the living room face the main road, which stays noisy late into the night and gets busy early in the morning. These rooms also become very bright early in the day. Replacing the curtains with blackout ones would make a big difference.

Points positifs : It was very close to restaurants and metro. The house was clean and easy to access. Comfortable with all needs.

Points négatifs : The room close to the road may be a little noisy and not dark in the mornings, but still it was a very good experience and a good value for the money.

Points négatifs : if you have problems with noise, this is an area with a lot of traffic and noise all day and night.

Points positifs : We liked the location. Very close to Charley station with access to Metro and RER trains which we used to travel to Disney and the airport.

Great fun

Points positifs : Elevator was great. Location was just what we wanted. The balcony was a great way to get a flavor of the bustle of Paris. Watching the ballet of traffic with cars, trucks, scooters,bikes pedestrians, gigantic articulated busses, and frequent police was great entertainment.

Points négatifs : A caution, the trade off of having a front row seat on the vibrant city bustle is that it is not without street noise in the evening.
