Un cocon luxueux au cœur de Paris.

Points positifs : Ambiance chaleureuse et luxe non ostentatoire. Simplicité de l’accueil. Ambiance et configuration du spa. Accessibilité piscine H24. Rue très calme dans un quartier de Paris très agréable.

Points négatifs : Horaires de fonctionnement du hammam (arrêt 21h30 au lieu de 22h). Température de la piscine il me semble moins chaude qu’il y’a quelques années.

Points positifs : Showers in the room, Nice sized tv with chromecast, wery nice lady in reastaurant, who helped me to get what I wanted even if it was not in regular menu, very polite cleaning personel

Excellent stay, very happy

Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to be upgraded and this added to our experience. The suite was large and comfortable. The food choice for breakfast was great, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Points négatifs : No getting away from the fact that it's not a cheap hotel, but it is a small boutique hotel

Points positifs : The room was incredible, a perfect end to a busy work trip. So comfortable, the personal wifi was a huge bonus, the bath and shower were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I arrived 3 hours early but the front desk were happy to check me in, which was a real godsend - and generally the staff were just super friendly throughout my stay. They sent a complementary bottle of champagne to my room and I enjoyed a dip in their pool and sauna - which was quiet and so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too, both the buffet and the menu items! The location is great also, in the mix of L'Opera and surrounded by some good Japanese restaurants and not far from la seine and le louvre. I perhaps wouldn't bother with the price tag if it was my first trip to Paris, as why would you spend so much on a hotel when there's things to see?? But given this was not a new destination for me, this was a dream stay in a luxurious, friendly, beautiful hotel.

Points négatifs : Only very slight frustration was that there was a private event in the restaurant the night I stayed which meant the kitchen wasn't open for dinner for any of the guests, not even room service. I'd been in Paris for work and was looking forward to just a relaxing evening, so was a little disappointed. I ended up going out at around 9pm and when I came down to the lobby the event was over, so seemed a little strange they couldn't offer room service since it clearly wasn't a long event!

Friends stayed in December and suggested it. This is our 7th time in Paris. We will see you again!

Points positifs : The room was great, very comfortable beds. Bathroom was large and had a window Cleaning staff was exceptional Front desk was really helpful Server for Breakfast was wonderful and accomodating!

Points négatifs : The shower curtain opened in the center, so water got on the floor from the rain head. I'd have preferred the curtain to open from one side or the other. Not life changing!

Zentral und gemütlich!
