NOTRE DAME - STYLISH APARTMENT

Points positifs : Super emplacement à deux pas de St-Michel, arrivée facile, 2 salles de bain dans les chambres (même si une est plus petite) et tout l'équipement nécessaire, on recommande!

Confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé

Points positifs : Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé sur belle rue piétonnière typique de Paris. Le propriétaire, Joshua, est très gentil et disponible. J’y retournerais sans hésitation

Points négatifs : Rien à signaler

Would highly recommend for a Central Paris stay.

Points positifs : Very central for Notre Dam, Louvre, the Seine, cafes, restaurants, bars, Metro, shops etc a little further for the Eiffel Tower & The Arc de Triomphe, but a beautiful walk taking in all the sights. Apartment very clean and great facilities, ideal having two bathrooms. Well kitted out kitchen, clean bed linen & towels, really could not fault it. Thank you Joshua ☺️

Points négatifs : Only small issue was the bar downstairs, it stopped at 2am, didn’t really bother us, but it may fit done people.

The apartment is a great base for exploring Paris and enjoying the city during the day

Points positifs : The place was very clean, well-equipped, and located in an excellent area. It’s the perfect base for exploring Paris during the day and coming back to a comfortable, spotless space to rest at night.

Points négatifs : The only small downside is that the floor is a little unfinished in some areas, but it’s really not a big deal.

Great apartment. Great Location. Great City

Points positifs : Location is exceptional for tourists to Paris. In a bustling side street of the latin quarter near lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the markets (christmas). Also close to Notre Dame and lots of other sites easily accessible by foot or the batobus along the river. Train station close as well. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great and the 2 bathrooms/2 toilets very handy.

Points négatifs : The apartment is obviously popular and well used so could do with some maintenance eg flooring planks lifting but this was minor and didn't affect our stay as we were mostly out experiencing Paris

Best location in Latin Quarter

Points positifs : Awesome location, in the middle of the action one street back from Sienne, less than five minute walk to Notre Dame. Some loud music on Friday night. Great facilities, we didn’t end up cooking other than breakfast because there were lots of specials on the street downstairs. Netflix available via your own log in. Washing machine and drying rack.

Points négatifs : Some shelves for our clothes in the bedroom would be good but the apartment was fantastic.

Great and big apartment for staying with family, friends or colleagues.

Points positifs : It is wonderful apartment with greatest location for exploring Paris. There was everything necessary for living: many towels, shampoos and shower gels, coffee, tea, bottled cold water, iron with normal ironing board, washing and drying machine, regulated heating system. Sofa is really huge and with good mattress. And 3 bathrooms made all the ladies happy))

Points négatifs : Entrance to one of the bathrooms was very narrow, it was OK for small ladies, but it can be not OK for bigger people. Just small pieces of advice to make this place perfect: fix the sink tap in one of bathrooms, add a shovel for shoes, box with napkins would be very helpful. And important note - need to eliminate the mildew on the cell in bathrooms, it can become a serious problem.

Points négatifs : On first floor so had to lug heavy luggage up the stairs.
