Points négatifs : Globalement très bien, bel appartement mais quelques détails surprenants :cumulus de salle de bains , les rideaux prêts à tomber mais ce ne sont que des petits détails

Location is great. Apartment is....ok.

Points positifs : Location is 10/10. Check-in is really easy and straightforward too. Nicely decorated and spacious.

Points négatifs : TV didn't work. Toilet is VERY small. Drains smelt pretty bad when we arrived in the bathroom. Oven is terrible (took over an hour to cook a pizza)

Great location needing minor maintenance fixes

Points positifs : Awesome location, right in the heart of l’ile de la cite close to Notre Dame and right next door to great food options.

Points négatifs : While overall it is in good shape, there were a few small maintenance issues: eg, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom window was cracked, the ceiling paint in the bathroom and toilet was chipping off, and the door hinges need oiling. But these are quite minor issues, and overall this is a nice place to stay, super well located.

Gorgeous, roomy apartment with that Parisian feel. Close walk to Notre Dame and Seine River

Points positifs : Great location, close to Notre Dame and lots of cafes along the street, very spacious apartment, we were 5 adults and had no problems fitting, even with sofa beds opened. Lift was very handy for heavy luggage. Beautiful looking apartment though with the wooden floors, large windows and ornate ceilings

Points négatifs : Communication could be better, we noticed the toilet seat was broken on first night, so contacted owner twice about it, but no response, so it was a fine balancing act (had also sent messages months previously regarding the sofa beds and check in process but had no response and there was no info for checkout,). Sofa beds definitely make a noise as mentioned before and there is still just 3 coffee mugs and broken power points as has been mentioned before as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we be recommending the apartment to our friends.

Points positifs : Location, location, location. We have stayed in many different areas of Paris & this is by far our favourite. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked & entertained in the beautiful living space. Washing machine was easy to use for English speaking & drying rack had space for two loads of washing. Heating worked very well.

Points négatifs : Nothing really. If I were to suggest anything, it would be a new cover/throw for couch. Toilet is very narrow but to be expected in French apartments.

Nice apartment in central Paris

Points positifs : The apartment was big and spacious, there was heaps of room for a family of four, and it had all the amenities we required. We stayed there for four nights with our two children (ages 12 and 9) and were very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The location is amazing and very vibrant (but not noisy at night). It's located on the same island as the Notre Dame Cathedral - and in fact the cathedral is at the end of the street and you can glimpse it from the back bedroom. The location was convenient for several Metro and RER stations, so it was easy to get to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre or Disney Land. There were many restaurants in the area and a bakery a couple of doors down for fresh croissants and pastries.

Points négatifs : Maintenance of the property. The couches seemed quite dirty. There were only three mugs in the kitchen and no bowls. Some of the windows were tricky to open.

Points positifs : So close to NotreDame, walking past every day was atmospheric. Great area for cafes and eateries.

Points négatifs : It can get a bit noisy at the apartment at night and early morning but that is nothing the host can solve - there is a hospital right next door so you will hear ambulances and also the street is very busy but that is only because it's in the heart of the city so understandable, it's nothing unbearable, just pack a pair of earplugs.
