Appartement bien situé, fonctionnel mais avec également les bruits de la capitale. Mieux vaut être prévenu.
Points positifs : Appartement au cœur de Paris. Parfait pour visiter la capitale.
Points négatifs : Le bar boite de nuit juste en dessous de l appartement de 20h à 2h du matin. Infernal le vendredi et samedi soir. On avait l’impression d’y être. Si vous recherchez le repos c’est non. Et le tremblement et bruit sourd du métro dès 5h30.

Great stay, convenient location but a little on the small side.
Points positifs : The location was great, the rooms clean and the sofa bed in great condition and comfy.
Points négatifs : This is certainly an apartment for two people, three is a squeeze but we just managed it with four but very little space, however more the reason to get out and about. Lots of steps if you have mobility issues.

Quite fair with some improvements to be adressed.
Points positifs : The location of the apartment is very good, good neighborhood, good quarter. Les Halles are close to the location, so from CDG is direct connection by RER B. The (small!) apartment is equipped with all you need to cook or to have your breakfast inside. The Edgar suites team is very responsive, by wup or by Bookings’ messages.
Points négatifs : There are some aspects to be improved: 1/ We were struck by the artificial lemon smell used as a room deodorizer. 2/ The window doesn’t close properly, so you can hear the street noise and smells from the bar downstairs can get in (especially cigarette smoke or vaping) 3/ Yes, at a groundfloor is a small bar, that could have happy clients until 2:00am, so if you are early sleeper could be provocative. 4/ For 2 days, we had 3 homeless people with three tents on n the same street, vis a vis of the bar. But, aftern we announced Edgas suites team, the third day local police evacuated them (they moved 200m away). 5/ Unfortunately, one day we had no electricity for about 6 hours due to some zonal works performed by electricity company.

Points positifs : The location is great, proximity of metro station, bars and restaurants. Very lively area, especially in the evening. Nice, cute flat, ideal for two persons, but little squeezy for four. Very clean, the flat has everything that is needed.
Points négatifs : Stairs to the first and second floor are very narrow, it is difficult to get to the appartment, especially if you have bigger laguage. Bathroom is tiny.

Fabulous apartment!
Points positifs : The location is very strategic. Near the metro station Les Halles Chatelet, very happening at night time. The apartment is clean and unique. The utensils in the kitchen are complete and clean. We were surprised that the property did prepare oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as well! You do not need to worry about what to eat as a lot of restaurants and cafes around. We actually intended to rent this apartment throughout the whole trip but not available for certain dates once we moved out a night to mont Saint-Michel😅 if happen we visit again to Paris, this apartment would be our first choice.
Points négatifs : The staircase is quite narrow but luckily we got the lower floor. Thus it's fine for us.

An amazing trip, great location and excellent staff!
Points positifs : Amazing location! Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. An amazing part of Paris, walking distance to multiple metro stations and the Lourve. The staff were so helpful and we absolutely loved our stay.
Points négatifs : Narrow thin stairs however I’m only writing this in case people have disabilities. Otherwise it was perfectly fine for our family with young children and our parents who are in their seventies.
