Points positifs : L'emplacement est top, tout est neuf dans l'appartement niveau équipement c'est parfait pour cuisiner ou même faire une lessive. Appartement au rdc donc on n'hésite pas à ressortir (pas comme quand on est au 6ème sans ascensseur ;)).
Points négatifs : Il n'y a pas de fenêtre qui donne sur l'exterieur dans l'appartement, il faut le savoir. Il y a un bloc clim derrière la chambre qu'on entend la nuit, ca peut déranger certain.

Good for young people for exploring the city, nice location, not the great
Points positifs : The location is great, you could not wish for a better one. It has useful amenities, like a coffee machine, an iron, an equipped kitchen. The check-in was very easy. It has some stylish furniture, even taking into consideration the weird setting. Bunch of bars and clubs close by, walking distance from the Louvre, Opera, Montmartre
Points négatifs : It was a very cold day in Paris when we arrived, it was snowing, and both of the ACs were barely working before we arrived, so it took us half a day to warm the flat up. The bathroom is very small and was very cold, it has a heater bit it was turned off before the arrival. The apartment's entrance is directly from the yard of the building, it is not inside a building, has no windows that are getting sunlight, no place to leave wet shoes or clothes. It was not meant to be rented out for sure, since it has a big pipe in the middle of the living room, in front of the Television.

Would stay again
Points positifs : Location was very convenient and close to everything. The property involved kitchen equipments and all products needed. Apartment Was clean on eye but could be improved in small details. The man on arrival was also very lovely.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is very small but manageable, you can see a lot of dust in corners of the room and under the beds and cabinets which wasn’t convenient.

Good flat for a short stay in Paris
Points positifs : Nice welcome; small flat in the centre of the city; nevertheless quiet; less than 2 minutes walk to the next bus or metro station; some good bars and cafes nearby.
Points négatifs : No windows, but no problem for us as we only used the flat for sleeping.

Ainda assim, tivemos uma excelente experiência e voltaríamos a nos hospedar, recomendamos muito.
Points positifs : A localização é excelente, muito próxima ao metrô, o que facilitou bastante nossos deslocamentos pela cidade. Em todos os momentos nos sentimos seguros nos arredores da hospedagem, inclusive à noite. A comunicação com Alex, o anfitrião, foi um grande ponto positivo: sempre muito solícito, atencioso e rápido nas respostas, o que trouxe tranquilidade durante toda a estadia. O apartamento estava muito limpo, com roupas de cama e banho igualmente limpas e bem cuidadas. É um espaço bem equipado, confortável e conta com aquecimento pelo ar-condicionado, o que foi essencial, especialmente nos dias mais frios. No geral, a hospedagem atendeu muito bem às expectativas e proporcionou uma estadia agradável.
Points négatifs : Como ponto negativo, destacamos o chuveiro: ele é fixo e centralizado no teto, sem possibilidade de direcionar a água. Assim, mesmo que não se queira lavar o cabelo, acaba molhando. Além disso, a água quente termina relativamente rápido, sendo necessário cronometrar os banhos, especialmente se houver mais de uma pessoa.

Muy limpio, ubicación perfecta y personal encantador
Points positifs : El ubicación, limpieza y trato. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas tanto al inicio como al final de la estancia.
Points négatifs : El sofá cama no era muy cómodo
