Cosy Studio 5 minutes Tour Eiffel

Séjour parfait, en plus avec le beau temps.

Points positifs : Très bien situé, proche de plusieurs lignes de métro et quasi au pied de la tour Eiffel. Immeuble très calme, pas de bruit. Quartier calme avec tous le confort nécessaire, un shopping juste en face avec boulangerie, grande surface......

Points négatifs : Honnêtement, tout était bien. Rien à dire sur le logement et sa situation. On y retournera certainement.

De nombreux atouts pour un cours séjour réussi!

Points positifs : facilité d'accès, situation géographique exceptionnelle, très bonne communication avec l'hôte, petit espace fonctionnel

Points négatifs : eau de la douche pas assez chaude mais brulante au robinet de l'évier

Points positifs : The host, David, was always in touch and friendly. The check-in and check-out were fully contactless, which was super convenient. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect — everything is close and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way

Points positifs : Compact but cosy with everything we needed. There was a supermarket over the road. Lots of cafes bakeries and good eating establishments close by. A view of the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes walk away. David the host was amazing he helped with everything we required from him. It is a super safe neighbourhood we loved every second

Lovely studio in Paris

Points positifs : Very good location just down the street from the Eiffel Tower. Easy walk to transportation and some attractions and across the street from multiple grocery stores and restaurants. The studio was clean and well equipped with fans for the summer heat and was a decent size for one or two people. Communication was fluid and check in and out was autonomous and flexible which I appreciated. Very reasonable price for the location. Would stay here again for a short stay in the city !

good value for money and location

Points positifs : great location, very walkable to Eiffel tower and restaurants. good value for money and great stay overall.

Points négatifs : few maintenance issues- shower head seems to not be on right, very tight shower overall but it is a studio so understandable. the pull out mattress had a dip in the middle. the sun curtain above the pull out is missing a side to it so it doesn't stay down 100% of the time. wifi wasn't working first day but was able to fix with resetting router.

Paris Free Travel

Points positifs : It was nice to be able to relax comfortably like my home for 4 nights and 5 days, and the accessibility to famous tourist attractions such as public transportation facilities, the Eiffel Tower, and the Etoile Arc de Triomphe was good.

perfect option for solo travellers. especially if you need to stay in 16th arr

Points positifs : great location, nice building. bed is comfortable even though it is a “sofa bed”. everything was cool. great value for money
