Points positifs : This very cosy room is in the heart of where you want to be in Paris - literally eight minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and very close to three metro stations. Amazing location! Although a relatively small room, all the necessary facilities to make our stay enjoyable were there - kitchenette area with sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, induction plate etc and a bathroom with toiletries provided.. We were extremely happy in the room - the bed was so comfortable! It was a nice place to come back to after a long day in the city. The room is on the sixth floor of a building (there is a lift!) and so was very quiet and it felt very safe to walk in the area and to leave things in the room. The property host, Adriana, was really helpful. Any questions left on Booking.com were answered immediately by her and full instructions given to check-in and check-out. I would stay here again if I was to visit Paris in the future. Highly recommended.

Just a 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, right next to the Champs-Élysées. The studio is charming, the bed is very comfortable, and the price is excellent. The host is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Points négatifs : Nothing to complain about the accommodation, only compliments. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place at an affordable price.

Points positifs : The studio boasts an excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from both the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, with views of both the Arc and the Eiffel Tower! You can easily visit many tourist attractions on foot. The neighborhood is well served, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The studio is well-equipped, comfortable, clean, and highly functional. The check-in process was flexible and smooth. I highly recommend it!

Points positifs : Ideal location in a lovely quiet, clean and comfortable studio - excellent value for money! + Lovely, cosy and clean apartment in a super location. Very secure, and wonderfully peaceful and quiet once inside. Adriana is a delightful host who is accessible and very responsive if you have any questions or need anything. Excellent value for money. The location couldn’t be better! We will definitely return to this perfect spot. P

Points positifs : Отличное расположение! Из окна видно Эйфелеву башню (немного закрытую соседним домом). До метро Argentine 4 минуты пешком. Отличное, теплое отопление. 6 этаж (во Франции этажи считают с 0), есть маленький лифт и немного лестницы. В 10 минутах магазины. В 1 станции метро крупный транспортный узел Porte Maillot, дворец конгрессов и автобус в аэропорт Бовэ. Триумфальная арка в 10 минутах пешком. Хозяйка отзывчива, всегда на связи, отвечает на все вопросы. Бесконтактное заселение. Нюанс: номер очень милый, но маленький. Для одного ок, для двоих чуть-чуть тесно. Есть маленький холодильник , микроволновка (отлично работают), тарелки, бокалы, вилки. Есть телевизор, плита, вентилятор (не включал). Сам дом и номер очень атмосферные, настоящая парижская мансарда.

Localização excelente
Points positifs : A localização é espetacular e a cama é muito boa! O aquecimento também era muito bom e estavamos lá em uma época bem fria.
Points négatifs : Havia um vazamento pequeno na pia do banheiro, que deixava o chão sempre molhado. E não é um problema, mas poderia ter abridor de vinho.

Прекрасный вид, комфортно
Points positifs : Очень близко к центру и Триумфальной арке. Из окна видна Эйфелева башня. Раритетный лифт. Тепло, комфортно. Инструкцию по заселению присылают в Whatsapp
Points négatifs : Достаточно небольшой номер, но виду из окна можно простить всё. В один из дней начала пищать сигнализация, пришлось её снимать с потолка, чтобы можно было поспать. Учтите, что лифт достаточно небольшой и в нем сложно уместиться двум взрослым с багажом. А после лифта нужно будет пройти около 20-30 ступенек вверх
