Well located apartment in Paris

Un très bel appartement très fonctionnel, pratique et bien placé.

Points positifs : Emplacement, propreté, fonctionnel, hôte efficace et instructions claires

confortable et agréable

Points positifs : Ensemble chambre et salon pratique, propre, agréable et confortable pour qui ne prétend pas se lancer dans la cuisine et se contente de prendre le petit déjeuner ou de réchauffer un plat préparé sur place.

Points positifs : Quartier calme. Immeuble calme. Appartement bien équipé et bien aménagé.

Nice apartment for the nice price.

Points positifs : Small, but compact apartment close to the tube station. Clean, nice and tidy. Everything what you might need, including a small refrigerator, is there. Very good contact with the owner.

Points négatifs : No TV set. Living room is a bit dim. A good old ceiling-chandelier would solve the problem.

Clean and comfortable appartment

Points positifs : The apartment is really well located, three minutes away from the metro station, and also walking distance from some touristic spots if you enjoy a nice walk. It was extremely clean and the linens and towels smelled like they had been drying in the sun, as a Mediterranean person I really appreciated that! Max was really nice and responded quickly to my messages. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and I will definitely come back again when in Paris. There's only one thing I'd like to note down for others: I was travelling with my mum who is in her 70s, luckily she is still doing well, but the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift and by the end of the trip she was getting a bit tired of climbing up the stairs. If you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this might be something to think about.

Points positifs : Everything was perfect! A very clean, neat, comfortable, spacious and fully renovated apartment, where everything smelled like new 😊 Excellent location, very kind and helpful host. We definitely recommend it!

Points positifs : Bien equipado, con buena conectividad, cerca del metro y de la estación de tren a 10 minutos caminando

Points négatifs : Subir los 5 pisos con la maleta ☹️

Points positifs : L’appartamento di max è molto accogliente e Cousy!rimane in una ottima posizione con molti negozi e bar e ristoranti e la metro molto vicina. Mac tutte le volte che avevamo bisogno ci ha sempre aiutati!

Points négatifs : Nulla.

Points positifs : Patika vieta, kurā atrodas dzīvoklis. Metro stacija atrodas tuvu. Dzīvoklis labi piemērots diviem cilvēkiem. Gaišas telpas un mājīga atmosfēra, var apskatīt un palasīt grāmatas. Guļamistabas logi atrodas pagalma pusē, līdz ar to bija kluss un varēja labi izgulēties.

Points négatifs : Nepatika, ka virtuvē nav izlietnes un trauki jānes mazgāt uz vannasistabu. Pietrūka lielāks spogulis un tv. Bet viss atbilst aprakstam, kas rūpīgi jāizlasa.
